Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. We were not given plates for our appetizer and had to get up and ask for them ourselves. After 7 minutes Gabriellea eventually remembered when we had asked upon delivery of our food and brought a plate.
The service felt inattentive and not personable at all. There was very little communication or check-ins, which made the experience disappointing overall. I understand that places can get busy. However, at 12 on a Saturday was not the case. But, basic attentiveness and courtesy go a long way. I hope improvements are made moving forward.

This location was recommended by family and did not disappoint! We stopped by for dinner on our way to kayaking and everything was fantastic! We went with the spinach and artichoke dip, the prime burger and the ribs with the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Our server was also phenomenal!

Me and my bestfriend had a server named Stuart serve us. He was great, always checking if we needed anything and at the end, gave me and my best friend some ice cream! If you ever want to be served by someone who is considerate and patient, ASK FOR STUART!

First time here, very nice place. The attention of the staff and our waiter, Jose, was excellent. Delicious desserts but we expected more from the food. My friend and I ordered a dish that contained salmon. My piece of salmon was much smaller compared to my friend’s. The salmon was also overcooked, same as with the meatloaf that my friend’s husband ordered. Then my husband got the pork ossobuco. He said it was really delicious. Overall, a nice place.

I am a big Ale House fan and this location is one of the best I’ve been to! I love it because it’s not too far from where I live and it has a nice atmosphere. All of the staff is wonderful, but one server that really stands out is Annie! She is very friendly and will go out of her way for you! She makes sure you are taken care of and brings you things you need without even asking. I will be returning to this location and I would hope to get Annie every time I go! 🙂

We visit Ale House at least once a week I don’t know what’s going on lately, that when I order *HOT* wings they bring out *Medium* sauce wings. There was also a tiny bug in pur salad.
We went 3 weeks ago, and the first time the server said he would bring new wings, around 5 mins went by the bring the wings turns out they just mixed the previous medium sauce wings with Hot sauce. While waiting we asked for a side of *hot* sauce. When they bring the wings you can tell right away that the sauce they put was *medium* (again)!!! I asked for a Manager and asked if she can please tell me what sauce did the wings had she says *hot* when i show her the side of actual hot sauce she says that’s also hot sauce, she then realizes there’s a clear difference(color and texture) and offers to bring a new order of wings. Asked me if I wanted 6 or 12. I said I only need 6. I’m not going to be an abuser. She mentioned it was going to take a couple of minutes for the wings to come out, took 33 minutes!!! For 6 wings .
Like 3 minutes before the brought the wings I tell our server, at this point I already have no appetite, please bring our check, and then magicly the wings come by. As someone that works in the Reataurant industry this seems a bit personal. I understand if they were busy or at least they would pretend to care and let us know “they are almost” out or something. They didn’t charge us for the wings but it was an eeh experience,we’ve been going to this location for the past 3 years, from having bad service, they got waaay better this year until this experience we recently had.
The host, bartender Zach and server Manny are always great.
Hope kitchen/Management gets better training/communication/support to avoid this.

I’ve been going to this place over 20 years. My old stomping grounds. I don’t live in Orlando anymore, but every time I come to town, I always have to come here to get my favorite wings! It’s a great place to meet up with old friends and meet new ones. Ale House never fails to disappoint

DO NOT get the new lobster roll. Extremely salty and fishy smelling lobster from the can. Gathered it up on one end of the roll and all the lobster meat fit on 1/4 of the bread; the rest of the roll is full of soggy lettuce. Got fries on the side and they were raw. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Stopped by today for lunch with a friend. My friend ordered fish & chips and it came out cold, he complained to the server/ bartender, we were sitting at the bar, and she acknowledged it but then didn’t do anything about other than to say, other patrons had complained about that today and they must be behind in the kitchen. After I ate, she brought us the bill, I paid and even left her a $10 tip but still no discount for the food not consumed because it was cold nor did she offer to do anything nor did we even see an Manager today. We dine here frequently and normally the manager always stops by and says hello and welcoming us and checking how everything was but not today, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, may be time to find a new local place to have lunch and/or dinner. 🙁
