I asked for a classic cheeseburger bundle. One question..? What comes on cheeseburgers? Cheese, patty, ketchup, pickles, and onions right? Well everything was great including my cheeseburger but when we opened the second it had mayonnaise, lettuce, and the regular old stuff that comes in a cheese burger. Absolutely disgusting. We did NOT ask for this.

I have Been meaning to write this review for a while. This is by far the best location I have been to. I doordash So I am there every day. It’s always clean. Service is fast even when it’s packed. I am never there for more than eight minutes and that’s when it’s extremely busy.And the Customer service is beyond amazing. Every single employee is so nice. There are some of the Nicest employees I have met and that’s even outside of McDonald’s. Even when I’m not Doordash Ing, I come in a lot to get food And the food is always cooked right again fast service. I go out of my way to come to this McDonald’s. They all deserve a raise. I cannot rave enough about the employees here. They are amazingly awesome. ROCK STARS!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Port Orange McDonald’s thanks to a young man named Michael. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, respectful, and incredibly professional. He greeted customers with a positive attitude and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great experience. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see someone so young with such a strong work ethic and great customer service skills. Michael is a huge asset to this McDonald’s, and his attitude truly makes a difference. Keep up the amazing work!

If you’re visiting for the races or bike week take the extra time to drive to another McDonald’s. Im here daily sometimes multiple times a day because my child has autism and fries are the only real food he is currently eating. Most of the time the fries are not full you pay almost $5 for half of a fry. I am not one to sit and complain in store, every now and then ill go in to correct it and they will 100% correct it with no problems. Sometimes the fries are mushy and undercooked other times they are fabulous. The staff is always friendly but we’re not here to make friends, were here for food. We pay for food and expect it to be at least half decent. Dont be like me and accept what you are given, look at your food, hold up the line and check your food you waited in line its your turn you make sure your food is up to par! Check for your sauces, check your fries hold them up and look at them! They will lay the fries flat and when you take it out of the bag you will see the air you paid for!

This used to be the best McDonalds around. Food was always great and well prepared. But lately the food is poor, the service awful and often orders are incorrect. From what I understand they are under new ownership and management. Please bring back the old owners and management! This has gone from a really great place to just awful in a matter of months. Don’t bother complaining to their management, all you get is bad attitude and absolutely no satisfaction or accountability.

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s for close to a year and a half now. I have never had any issues with my orders or customer service or, honestly anything!! The staff is the highlight of my morning. They are all so kind and full of smiles and good vibes. You never know how one little smile or small friendly gesture can make someone’s day do a full 180! (I don’t know all of their names ) They did that for me this morning and I can’t thank them enough!! You guys always put a smile on my face whether it’s breakfast or lunch or I need a little coffee pick me up! Never thought I would go out of my way to eat at a specific McDonald’s location but I definitely do to come here!
Been 5 months since my first review- still fantastic service, I live about 15 minutes away from this McDonald’s now and go well out of my way to come to this McDonald’s just because the service and food is 10/10 every time!!

I purchased a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and the bun was moldy and even the outside of the box smelled bad like it came out of the trash. I was told I can only be refunded if I return the sandwich while I’m trying to feed my kids something else and get them situated for bed.

The African American young man at the checkout window is the SWEETEST FUNNIEST kid. Never ever has a bad attitude. I could have all my kids screaming in the car and when I get to him I smile because he’s kind. Foods fine for McDonald’s lol. Just started using the app. Can’t believe I didn’t start sooner. Always a hater for electric stuff but man I’m lovvvvin it haha
