This place is a gem. Walk up and order at the window. The staff was super friendly. Hubs got the Goliath and when he ate it all the gave him a piece of cheesecake. The burgers are definitely delicious, best ive had in a while!It was also pretty inexpensive! Will be returning every time im in Newport!

I’m a sucker for a good burger and love to try new things. I was not disappointed! I ate a Hawaii 5-0 burger. Fresh ingredients really good beef, and a great combo of flavors. Caramelized pineapple slice with beer battered onion strips, BBQ sauce and American cheese. Made it a meal with fries, fresh fries that remind me of the coast. Milkshakes. Yes. Open seating and a vintage meets modern feel. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Went there on a Monday around noon for lunch. Wasn’t packed busy, but was steady. Burgers were amazing. Closest equivalent of fries I can think of are Penn Station – fresh cut, deep, crispy golden brown. Best part was the price. ~$25 including a tip for two burgers, shared large fry (which they split unasked, which was a pleasant surprise), and two drinks. I just wish we lived closer. This would absolutely be a go-to. Except we live in Loveland and were on a “day date” for my birthday. Glad we decided to stop by, we will absolutely make every effort to make it back at some point.

This is hands down, no questions asked, the BEST burger I have EVER had!!! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted promptly and the service was fast. The staff here were ALL so kind, friendly, and funny, and the restaurant ambience was so cool! I got the American Outlaw burger, and I literally ate it faster than I’ve eaten anything in my whole life. It’s been 3 days and I can’t stop thinking about how good it was. I BEG anyone who likes burgers to TRY THIS PLACE!!! Not to mention the prices were phenomenal- less than $20 for both my sister and I to each get a burger and also a side of bacon cheese fries to share. You can also completely custom build your burger if you want and they have so many free toppings to choose from alongside the premium toppings! DEFINITELY give this place a try.

Delish! Places boasta the best burgers and did not disappoint. Always accommodates for my allergies and I always visit the third Saturday of the month when I’m in town and the staff know my order. I get the rockerfella because the mango chutney is Amazing!
I was in Cinci and went to this chain because I love the Newport store so much but other store didn’t comply with rewards points and employees were disappointing compared to Newport local. At Newport always friendly and happy to assist. The vibe is chill.

We went there as a party of 6 and the staff was friendly and able to take our order and deliver in a very timely manner. The quality and the price of the food was great. I had the shroomin burger which I thought was very tasty. The fries were excellent as well.

The burgers are the best I’ve found in the Cincinnati area, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is fantastic! We always are treated well and the food is always excellent. We’ll keep coming here for great burgers!

Honestly, for me this place was a 5, but I’m all about the greasy burger, salty fries, and medium quality milkshakes. My dining companions’ opinions will bring the overall rating to a 4. You go in, order at the counter, and seat yourself. There are mostly 4 tops. The outdoor seating could seat about 8 if you were close skinny friends.
The ingredients are not farm to table and the milkshakes are just ok. But this place is a solid choice for a giant burgers and bar foods and a super casual vibe. They do not have a gluten free fryer, but they do have gluten free buns.
