Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered, The first time I ordered on DoorDash and didn’t even receive half my order I was lucky enough to get a refund on some of it. The 2nd time I came into Whataburger I ordered 4 meals for my family and didn’t even receive any of the fries that came with them.

We don’t have the Whataburger chain in Iowa, so I was game for giving it a try. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this particular establishment. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal combo. The burger was good sized and had good contrasting flavors of sweet, with just a hint of spicy.
My order was made and delivered quickly. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The dining room was well maintained, but was not overly busy.
I’d likely try Whataburger again if I’m ever in an area where the chain is located.

Food is great. A little frustrated that the meal I ordered through the app as soon as I paid offered a buy one get one free after paying. Would have been nice to know before paying.

I can’t lie this place good customer service but every time and I mean every single time I have gone there the cooks are just lazy the burgers are never properly put together. All the ingredients are constantly hanging off the bun or never put on in the first place. And just the presentation alone turns one of my favorite places because I’m from Texas to a place that wouldn’t really want to go to.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER. I hate to be that guy but they’ve let me down. Check your order. They didn’t include the dressing for the salad. The treat for the kids meal or the sauce for the chicken that they charged me for. Wrote an email didn’t get any traction. I wish it was better customer service.

Where to start…
Upon arrival, needed to use the restroom; what a disgraceful visit! First off, there is a puddle of urine on the ground and the entire restroom smells like a litter box! The lock on the door is broken, so that’s a safety issue.
The customer service here is not horrible, but it is lackluster. More of a In-N-Out experience; I most assuredly would not dine in at this location.
As far as the food, it is a decent burger; the prices are outrageous. The wait times are always unbearable. It does not matter if you go through the drive-through, place a mobile order, come in to place your order. No matter how you place your order, you will be waiting an extended period of time. Same with the delivery orders, I have watched delivery drivers wait ample time to pick up Orders. It’s like they don’t even start cooking the order until the driver gets here, and that is not how it is supposed to work. The Pickup shelf is always empty, why even have it?
With the Curbside Orders, the same exact thing happens, I do not think they start fixing the food until you get here. Well, what’s the point of placing an in advance?
Overall, this is not a good fast food experience. It’s a very slow food experience. Mediocre food and poor experience. There are many issues that need to be addressed within this establishment and management.

This has got to be the worst whataburger, and definitely the worst drive thru in owasso. Drive thru takes forever even with very little customers, and food still comes out terrible. Biscuits will break your teeth. Chicken seems like its been cooked 4 times. The breakfast potatoes sticks REQUIRE a sauce to even be edible.

Food was good, was surprised watching 2 employees working in the lobby, and a “manager?” And an employee with a headset yelling for one of the 2 working, to help me and thr next guest while they leaned against the counter “joking?” Kind of bad customer service when your talking bad of employees that your working with, I’ll go south if I want whataburger again.
