Ordered ahead through my app at 510am. No one was waiting or in line at the time of my arrival. But still had to wait 15 mins for my order. My apple pie wasn’t even warm. And it was very dry and stretchy.

we went to mcdonalds at 10:30pm, we were having a rough night, went to get food. the wait was long however, the worker was super respectful throughout the entire time we werre there. looks like they were super understaffed. so great job to the people working this new years night, and management, hire more people for night crew! you dont want to lose your good workers by over working them!

Ive not been to this Macdonalds in quite a while. I decided to stop by because I was in the area and wanted one of their steak breakfast bagels and ordered just that and a drink only. The drink was correct but I did not get the right food item, I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel which I dont get because they lack in flavor and look empty on the edges of the bagel making some bites just bread.
I unfortunately did not check until I got to my destination so I did not bother to go back since it was far. The person at the window seemed, irritated or frustrated. She did ask me if I wanted my receipt with the window half open and when I said no its okay, thank you she shut it. The small conversation was done without any eye contact from her. The parking lot was clean for the most part but very busy with most spots taken. Noise was moderate as it was next to a busy road leading to the highway.

I went to McDonald’s with my dad a couple of times. The people taking order were nice and friendly. The first time, the worker asked if we had anything smaller than a $20 because he couldn’t break a $100 bill. He was rude about it, so we just left. The second time was pretty much the same deal. The worker seemed annoyed by the $100 bill again. He took it in a rude way and had to get someone else to give him change. I get that big bills can be a pain, but people don’t always have smaller bills, and there’s no need to be have attitude.

The food was cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting in cold oil (don’t all how I know). The employee at the first window was rude. The only redeeming quality was the young man at the 2nd window smiled when I wished him a nice evening.

Awful store very rude people. Had a problem with my order called to fix it they were rude told me to call door dash that it was not there problem. Then my husband went it to try to fix the problem,ORDERED again then ask to speak to a manager. Theses kids and the dashers all surround my husband as if he was gonna do something to the little boy. I will not order from this place again. The young mangers they have there are rude and do not put there customers first. Also the person who does the hireing needs to check out there employees first befor hireing. Like look at social apps and see who they jave working for them. Also this is the last McDonald’s going out of Albuquerque or the first comming in wouldn’t cooperate want this McDonald’s to be top notce. In stead of most saying that this is the worst.

As a grubhub driver why have instructions for lockers and codes if you dont use them… instead hold the order for drive thru when your instructions specifically says dont use drive thru. I can be how the food was.

My husband and I got a steak, egg, and cheese bagel each. When we unwrapped them, his sandwich had 2 bottoms of the bagel, mine had 2 tops.

Waiting for food at this location is like waiting for one French fry to fry at a time. Hour long waits are a good day. Dashers beware accepting orders at this location is not worth it if you are not being paid by time. Avoid this location after hours at all cost.
