I was in Gainesville today so I stopped and got a chicken salad sandwich. I’ve had their Chicken salad before and it was delicious so don’t know what happened but it was not the same and wasn’t good as all. There was a big kyser roll and a small amount of chicken salad in the middle. Not enough to even cover the bread in a thin layer. It wasn’t the same as what I had before, not even close, and the price had gone up. Won’t be going back here the food wasn’t good, not good enough to offset the price for sure.

I was so excited to finally go here. I asked for a turkey sandwich and before I could say what I wanted in it the guy showed me some premade ones and asked if everything in it was fine.
It was a small sandwich which was fine with me but when I finally ate it I saw it only had cheese, mayo, mustard, turkey and one sliced pickle. No lettuce onion or tomato, had it been fresh made I would have wanted bacon, avocado. The turkey was one big clump, I had to distribute it.
It was fresh and tasted fine but not worth what I paid.
The place seemed clean, and spacious, and the guys working were nice. The price point for what I got, which felt like a kids sandwich, is what will keep me from going back unfortunately.

Their sandwiches are top-tier. My wife and I always get the turkey on a bun and it’s amazing every single time. Even their sweet tea has a nice unique flavor to it.

This place use to be just okay. I liked it because it was fast and the food was edible. You use to be able to get chips and sandwich with a fair amount of meat on it for 6 bucks. Now you get chips and a sandwich with with two slices of meat for 8 bucks. Don’t get me started with the amount for mayo they put on it. Just go the subway or jersey mikes. For 8 bucks at least you can get whatever toppings you want and a better sandwich.

Drove past the place for what seems like a lifetime and finally decided to give it a try. Great sandwiches and customer service. Behind the counter where you order it quite the art collection as well which brings nostalgia to my mind. Very cozy place. Highly recommend. I really respect the fact of how taxes are already accounted for.

Always so friendly and fresh! I go to the newer location on Browns bridge because it’s easier to get in and out of for me. I almost ALWAYS get the roast beef on the poppy seed roll. Someone mentioned to try the turkey, as it is their favorite, so I did. Not disappointed! Roast beef is still my fave, but nice to know the other flavors are just as tasty!

So it’s called a deli but no fresh anything. It’s all store bought stuff that can stay bagged for awhile without going bad. You have no greens to choose from just jar mayo bottled mustard and a pickle. No cheese choice either but the one. Basically its the same sandwich you make at home if not worse cause I have lettuce and onions at least. For .99 cents more I can get a full sub at publix and dozens of toppings. This was the size of a flat burger. I won’t return here.

Extreme casual atmosphere and a great place to grab a sandwich or two and a fountain drink. They make everything fresh every morning. You can run in and out or you can sit down and eat. The owners seem to take great pride in the food they offer. Don’t expect anything other than sandwiches though.

Simple and fresh sandwiches in a no-frills environment. Staff are friendly and the service is fast if you need to grab lunch in a hurry. Great prices – $6 for a turkey sandwich, fountain drink and a bag of chips.
The sandwiches are premade- mine was turkey, cheese, mayo, mustard and a pickle on a poppyseed roll. This means it’s quick but you can’t make substitutions – ya get what ya get!
