I was a little disappointed because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE chick-fil-a…. This place is not clean like other chick-fil-A are! That was the 1st thing I noticed when I walked in. I am so use to friendly workers and a clean building and clean restrooms… this was the 1st one that was not clean. some of the workers weren’t as friendly as other chick-fil-a are.. the food was good but could have been better… I would definitely give them another try later

This location doesn’t exhibit the traditional Chick-fil-a standards of customer service or cleanliness. You are not greeted at the counter to order your food with thr same customer service youbwoukd receive at other Chick-fil-a restaurants. There was no smile or any kind of gesture or words used to express that same customer service people are use to at other Chick-fil-a restaurants. We received the (with a scowl and a look of “I hate my job and people”) dine or carry out question and name for order. Even after taking our order, we said thank you and nothing in return. The food tasted the same so no issues there, but the restaurant needs to be cleaned. The floors are nasty. Tables and booths were not cleaned after other guests finished their meals, and the trash cans were overflowing with trash.

Took 5 minutes to get me a large fry in an empty lobby; employees asking others about 8 grilled nuggets that were on a 14 minute wait for a Doordasher. I was told to avoid coming here and now I know why. Also, fries were still undone when they came out. Serving undercooked potatoes is a health hazard

Do you guys ever take the time to simply read and ensure that customers’ orders are correct the first time? I ordered from this location tonight and requested specific details on my order. Unfortunately, I received ice in my berry lemonade (despite my request for none), honey and Polynesian sauce for my nuggets (which I did not receive), and my nuggets were not fresh and tasted unpleasant. I understand that this is a business, but prioritizing an order to ensure its accuracy is not difficult. However, squandering my funds constitutes a significant issue.

For breakfast I got a sausage, egg and cheese English muffin and added tomatoes and bacon to it, hash browns, fruit cup ( that I put honey on) and coffee with French vanilla creamer. Yum… a must try, thank me later

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t make a habit of leaving negative reviews but this place was awful. We waited an insane amount of time in the drive thru line. They did not have any employees outside taking orders to move the line along like most of their locations do. When we finally arrived to the speaker to place our order, we could not hear the operator properly. I politely asked her to speak louder and she did not. She only started talking to her coworkers. I turned my car off and got out and put my ear to the speaker and STILL could not hear her. I told her “I’m sorry but I still can’t hear you so I’m just going to pull forward.” When we arrived at the window we noticed there were drinks spilled all over their prep counter and employees were just casually walking around acting like they had no direction or leadership whatsoever. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs unless they get new management.

I’ve never had food from any Chick-fil-A that was not delicious. But, the wrap I ordered today was inedible. The sandwich was so dried out it was like cardboard, and about half the size it has been in the past. Also, they forgot my Avocado Ranch. This was at 12:30p and there were only about five cars in line. Very disappointing.

Very slow. Order accuracy is bad including sauces. Fillet was extremely small and so were the nuggets. If you’re going to be that slow, the food should be amazing, and it was not. Waste on money. Try again later.
