My family has been to this location for years and we have never had a problem. Due to health issues we placed an order through DoorDash. Upon delivery we realized Buffalo Wild Wings got the order wrong. I checked the label of the order on the bag and my DoorDash App and i ordered correctly. We ordered 20 boneless wings, 5 Parmesan garlic- 5 jalapeño- 5 Mild and 5 no sauce. What we got was 20 small very hard and dry pieces of chicken. We didn’t even get dry rub on the side. When I called to talk to someone I talked to CJ who claimed to be the kitchen manager. It is safe to say he didn’t seem to care much and seemed bothered by the situation. He tried telling me what I ordered is what I got. and that I could call DoorDash or come in to pick up the right order. I told him once again the reason I paid extra for DoorDash delivery is because of health issues, I cannot leave the house. He did not seem to care once again. His attitude was awful even when my wife joined in on the conversation. Will definitely not be going back to this location again.

It’s been a while since the last time I visited here but I had a birthday coupon and gift card that I wanted to use so stopped by during their lunch hours after watching a movie. We didn’t have much time and I remember they had a 15 minute rule that if the food didn’t arrive within that time frame then the meal was free. Unfortunately, they stopped doing that and it seems like there is definitely a reason why. Many people talk about the slow service and I can definitely inclined to believe, even though it wasn’t busy. I do think it was just our waiter, Bradley going around and maybe one other server. Additionally, I really don’t like that they started doing self-seating but there is no indication of that and many reviewers have pointed out that they just stand because there is no signage or indication of finding a spot for yourself. There were also a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned as well.
My boyfriend and I found a seat then ordered the street taco lunch special, crispy dippers lunch special with a tater tot upcharge, and a six bone-in wings with Asian Zing sauce. It did take some time to get our order, refills and food which was not helping at all. And it wasn’t like I could really flag on our waiter as he was either delivering or doing something else for another table. I will admit though the table next to us was being quite difficult and frustrating but they were appreciative of how well Bradley was handling their problems. He is a great server but definitely seemed like he was overwhelmed by lack of staff. Now, I haven’t really had a bad food experience at Buffalo Wild Wings but this was such a big issue for me but I couldn’t ask for them to remake or complain about as I was on a very short time schedule. The street tacos were so salty that I could not even take a bite without the fountain drink that comes with my order. It got to the point that I had to just stop eating. This was super unfortunate as that is the main part of my meal but it was inedible. The crispy dippers were good and the sauce was great and the wings were delicious. However, this whole experience left a very sour and disappointing taste, feeling, and waste of time.

This is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience ordering delivery from this location. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos and a kids’ cheeseburger with fries, and unfortunately, most of the food was inedible.
The nachos had barely any toppings, and what was included did not taste fresh. After just a few bites, the chips were completely bare. The fries were rock hard and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The cheeseburger was bland and tasted off.
I spent $38 on this order and could not eat about 70% of it. Very frustrating experience. Delivery customers deserve the same level of quality as dine-in guests. I hope management addresses the consistency and quality control issues.

After a long and exhausting day at work, my group and I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings, and we were lucky enough to be served by Mya. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, checked in on us at the perfect moments, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.
As someone who recruits for a living, I pay close attention to how people show up in customer facing roles and Mya stood out immediately. Her professionalism, warmth, and natural ability to connect with people were so impressive that I honestly wanted to offer her a job on the spot. When I mentioned it, she smiled and told me she loves her job at Buffalo Wild Wings. Thanks for helping our night end well.

I was there for quite some time. The employee at the dest would not acknowledge me or others trying to to check in. Went to the car for faster service, again I was ignored. Seeing the writing on the wall had I waited around to make an order I likely would have waited forever to receive the food and drinks. There was no management, it was total chaos. I do not recommend.

We came in at 11pm at night, so we went in already expecting to not have the full service that they usually offer. It was open seating, so we sat down and waited about 5 minutes before a server came… There was only one server on the floor and you can tell she was working hard. She was nice to us. After about 10 minutes, we placed our orders and waited. At 11:30 exactly, the music was shut off. About 15 minutes after ordered, we finally received our meals. The boneless wings we received were cold and old. Based on the 5 different ones we got, you can tell they just mixed two different batches. They barely took the time to ensure it was sauced. Look, if they want to serve us cold food, fine, i get it. But making us wait 15 minutes for cold food is absurd. With this experience and a previous one weve had, we can say we dont plan to come back to this specific location. I highly do not recommend. At least pretend to like your job.

We came from Portland OR, arive at 11 p.m. and they don’t let us heat at the restaurant because they’ll be close soon, but they close at 12 p.m. and just have the option to order to go and the service was not satisfactory. And we have to heat in the car, definitely not coming back

Preface: We went to Underground Kitchen instead. Their chicken is amazing, and service is great. Highly recommend going there instead of bothering here.
One of the only times I’ve walked out of somewhere without being served anything. There’s no indication it’s self seating, the staff member who told us it was acted as if we should have known. We were apologetic and polite and took a table. After twenty minutes of not being acknowledged at all, and unsure if we should try and talk to any of the servers or not, another couple who came in at the same time as us were finally given their menus and silverware. The server who gave them these items had been standing with his arms on the half wall just staring at the dining area for several minutes, too.
We decided to just leave as we hadn’t even been acknowledged and didn’t seem worth the while after half an hour. My partner and I weren’t being impatient, didn’t bother anybody, we just played a game together on our phones and hung out, so there wouldn’t be a reason out of spite, either.
I see why this place has such awful reviews. Yikes.

The service here is very bad. The location was not busy when when I got in there. The waitress never came by 2 see how I was doing. I would have liked a glass of water. The waitress never came by to make, sure I wasn’t choking on chicken wings Thank God I wasn’t thank God. I had a beer to wash it down. Water would have been nice too. Also, the wings we’re kind of dry, neither more sauce. And I ordered some onion rings.
Those were the worst I’ve ever had for onion rings. Sorry, either a bad day there. Or that’s just type of service they provide & food.

The desk staff are just awful at their jobs. Like other reviews mentioned, they will flatly ignore you the whole time you’re standing to get seated, even if a huge line forms. The bartenders are cool though, and the food is alright I guess.
