Just wanted a quick bit burger n fries for a ridiculous high price of 9 n change, say 10 and waited to order with no one in front of me than go to pay and wait again now the 3rd car in line finally get to the window , was asked to pull around the building and park, I said no I’ll wait here, the manager came and said here is a refund go away. I ordered at the drive-thru and bought 60 pcs of chicken nuggets, a snack wrap, and a medium fry. They gave me 30 pcs, the snack wrap, and fries, and they told me to wait for the other 30 pcs, and I said okay, no problem. I went inside after 30 minutes of waiting and told the staff I’ve been waiting. If I hadn’t gone inside, I would have been waiting longer. The staff was huddled around when I walked in while I was waiting for my food.

The workers lack simple customer service skills. Giving someone unwrapped food and missing half the order is not okay. Laughing and carrying on instead of working to fix the issue is not okay. Playing with your hair while handling people’s food is not okay. People pay money for the food, acting like it is an inconvenience to provide the food to a customer at a job you are getting paid for is insanity.
Use to be one of the best McDonald’s in the area and it’s a shame that it is turning to one of the worst.

well first off… my fries and nuggets were so barely warm like they were chewy and tasted so off. I always get fries and nuggets rom every McDonalds I go to and this is the first time I hated my food. It’s like my fries and nuggets were sitting out for a different order and they just decided to give em to me. Disgusting.

We got the breakfast burritos, hash browns and drink. We were visiting the area and the building for this McDonald’s in Independence. It is a two story building and much better than the current ‘decor’ in most of their restaurants.
We struggled a little with getting our order clear, but that is due to the way McDonald’s pictures the meals menu which is not accurate and explains nothing.
However, the person taking my order…
YES! Taking my order, listening to me and helping me get what I wanted-So thankful!
Instead of trying to use the kiosk, that never works for me.
We sat down and enjoyed our food in this bright eatery because of many windows and pleasant decor.
There are also tables designed for wheelchairs to pull up.

We came on Sunday afternoon around 2pm and the inside was open on the 1st floor but the second floor was closed. The food order came out fast and everything was correct. It tasted good. Only complaint is that the tables were not wiped off or someone wiped them but not very well because we could see crumbs on every table. Overall we enjoyed our meal here.
