My husband and I had a wonderful evening eating at Twisted Laurel in downtown Asheville. We made a reservation prior and seating was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and greeted us. Our waitress, Samantha, was attentive, helpful with suggestions and fun! We each got a THC drink from their extensive list of options and we shared the focaccia, the kale Caesar salad, and the Figgy Piggy pizza. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely fabulous. The pizzas are perfect size to share and we even have some leftovers. HIGHLY recommend!

Twisted Laurel is a wonderful dining experience. All the dishes are freshly made with premium, high-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the care in every plate. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The overall experience was excellent — great food, great atmosphere, pet friendy and definitely a place I’d love to return to. Highly recommended! ️✨

The food was incredible as well as the service but we sat outside. We had a gentleman pull up on the street corner with a saxophone and played some very light music along with his saxophone was a phenomenal addition to our lunch.

Twisted Laurel is going to be one of our new favorites. We have been wanting to come here for a while and so glad we did!
All the food was excellent and extremely well priced. They even have a doggy menu which I didn’t know about. Will make sure my puppy comes for one of his meals! Great service, food and wonderful location. You get this feel like you’re on vacation while sitting outside, even though you’re local.
Try the meatballs. My husband is originally from Jersey and very particular about red sauce. He was elated about them. White pizza was a slice of heaven. Definitely coming back again.. and again.

Came to Asheville to attend a wedding and the reception was upstairs! Fantastic venue with great food, staff and signature cocktails/beer. Really enjoyed the afternoon there with friends.

We had the arancini (which was perfectly fried and sitting on a delicious marina), the meatballs (which were very good), and the crunch salad (which was plenty for two to share and was great except for the dressing, which was still tasty but was called a BBQ vinaigrette and didn’t seem to have any BBQ notes). The atmosphere is casual, eclectic, and busy. Would be super fun with friends or on a date. Parking is on the street in metered spots or directly across the street in a public lot.

The food and service were excellent. The pizza and pasta were very good, and the meatballs are fantastic, especially coming from someone used to Jersey Italian food. Plus, the server was wonderful and made great recommendations.

Twisted Laurel was a great dinner spot for a Friday night in downtown Asheville. Despite it being busy, service was great, quick, and responsive. The meatball sub had great presentation and the twisted fries were unique. Would recommend!

After seeing so many great reviews, I wonder if we just ordered some lesser items. We started with the Brussel Sprouts, and they were very good. For entrees, I had the trout, and my wife had the salmon. Both were kind of bland. They were not terrible, I just expected more.
I will add that the service was great. They also have several local beers on tap. There was a festival in Pack Square, so we were able to listen to live music during dinner.

The atmosphere was nice. When our waiter arrived, he brought a bowl of water for our dog. We ordered the red curry cauliflower. The temperature and presentation both just right. The flavor I can only describe as strange. As a vegetarian for over 50 years, I have a lot of worldwide experience with Indian cuisine. My wife is an exquisite chef and frequently makes a similar dish. This was just off. Hot sauce helped, but you really want the red garlic chili paste hot sauce with Indian food.
Our waiter was virtually invisible after our meals were delivered. My wife had to go get a water refill before we got attention.
My wife was nauseous after our meal and we had to cut our visit to the area short and return to our hotel.
