Haven’t been here in years and decided to come back for the lunch special and to try the Triple Dipper. The food itself was nothing special overall. The Triple Dipper was underwhelming. The mozzarella sticks were a bit chewy and the flavors didn’t really work together. The burger was good but nothing memorable, though I would get it again for the price. The portions were generous, with the lunch special including a drink, appetizer, and main. The service was excellent. It was quick and attentive, and the host consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well.

I am writing to report a serious concern regarding how a situation involving guest safety was handled at the Chili’s located at 3230 Fairlane Dr. in Allen Park, MI on Sunday, February 22.
I was part of a group visiting the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. After checking in and waiting approximately 20 minutes, we were seated and began ordering normally. During a brief moment where we were clarifying a drink that had been delivered to the table, a man seated in the booth behind us suddenly stood up and began loudly confronting and accusing the birthday guest at our table of something that had not occurred.
This individual was visibly agitated, raising his voice, getting close to our table, and vaping while speaking aggressively. The person he was dining with was attempting to calm him down. As a table of women, we were caught off guard and uncomfortable with the situation unfolding in a full restaurant.
When our server approached the table, we attempted to explain that another guest had just confronted us. Instead, the man interjected and made an accusation about something we allegedly said, which was not accurate. At that point the server informed us she would no longer serve our table.
Within moments the general manager arrived and immediately told us we needed to leave or the police would be called. There was no effort made to gather information from us, de-escalate the situation, or address the guest who initiated the confrontation. Police were then called and our group was escorted out of the restaurant.
From a customer perspective, this was extremely concerning. A guest approached our table in an aggressive manner, yet our group was the one removed without any attempt to understand what had occurred. The situation escalated very quickly and left us embarrassed, confused, and shaken. We were celebrating a birthday and ultimately left without dining after being escorted out in front of a full restaurant.
Situations involving guest confrontation require careful handling, and it did not feel as though our safety or perspective was considered before a decision was made. I would strongly encourage this incident to be reviewed, including speaking with staff on duty and reviewing any available camera footage from that evening.
My intention in sharing this is to ensure awareness of how the situation was handled and to prevent similar experiences for other guests in the future. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter.

In all honesty I was never a big fan of Chili’s in the past. However, my wife and visited there back in March and the food and service was excellent. They have combos that really are surprisingly good and large in today’s economy. The wait staff is attentive and there wasn’t much of a wait. Chili’s to me as a fast food restaurant is a better value than McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

Sante Fe burger had no jalapeños on it at all. Fries were salty and burger had no seasoning. Kids asked for blue lemonade but got some blue pop instead ♂️.

Dined in with a friend for lunch recently. We eat there once or twice a month and every time we have to ask the music be turned down. It is a restaurant, not a night club, and there’s no reason the music should be so loud people can’t converse across their own table without shouting. That’s the reason for the 4 star atmosphere score.
On this particular day we met the manager in training, Ethan, who was very welcoming and engaging with us and other diners. We prefer this location over others and Ethan would certainly be an asset if he is assigned this store upon completion of his training.
Our server was a young man named Presley. He was equally as welcoming and engaging and was very attentive to our needs and requests.
Between the combination of management, the server and our food, it was a great lunch all around.
We have dined in many times and it should be noted we have had other excellent servers, too; however I cannot recall their names at the moment. We look forward to dining in again soon.

Amira was the server she was very good and didnt mind interacting with my autistic adult daughter. She was on her game ! Everything came out as it should have. Food was hot and delicious. Chips hot and salsa perfect. We all ordered from the 3 for menu . Great value! 3 adults ,3 drinks, 3 starters , and 3 entrees 50 bucks . We will definitely come back . This is definitely the result of good management.

Great Chili’s location, it felt very clean and modern inside. Food was accurate for a Chili’s. I got the quesadilla explosion salad which is always my favorite. I got it with the crispy chicken this time, but I think I like the grilled chicken is better. Our server, Brian, was amazing! He came back to check on us several times throughout the meal and suggested several other dishes to try when some people in our group were unsure of what to order. We really felt cared for like family here, and I hope to be back soon!
