I’ve visited hooters in multiple states and this particular restaurant was good. Food was fresh and came out promptly. I sat at the bar and had excellent service. The outside looks a bit run down, but the inside is okay.

When we went, we were disappointed that it was carry-out only unless you sat at the bar, so we sat. I think they were really short staff? The bartender was great. Very friendly and quick, and she was the only one there. It’s really sad. This was a really busy place at one point, and I used to come here often for lunch. The wings are still amazing. Get the hand breaded original wings and toss in Daytona sauce. You can thank me later. Definitely coming back. We need to bring the crowd back.

Every time we have been here we have gotten terrible service. Which I never understand because I’m the place is dead all times we have been. This last time will be the last at this location because of it. Honestly I don’t feel like a negative review is enough, the only thing I keep thinking is if I owned this place I would want to know. What kind of poor service my staff was giving. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively. I would appreciate acknowledgment that this concern has been reviewed. This was 2/15 morning those three front of the house staff employees should definitely not have their job.

Short staffed. Bartender was running around taken orders. It took a bit to get a drink but it wasn’t her fault. The management could of helped her out. But other than that it was good. Went back today. Brittany was awesome! She was very attentive to make sure everything was good. She’s an asset to Hootets. Thanks

Where do I start?
Disgusting wings, the sauce is terrible. They took away what was at one point the best flavors. I’m unsure what they’re doing but I hope they get their act together.
The service was great, our server was super kind. She too was disappointed to hear our feedback because it isn’t the first time. She said she has been dealing with this disappointed reaction for almost 2 months. Sad day to see hooters possible not be the same or even be in business after what I had. I won’t be going back, but I do hope this review makes it to the right person so they can fix their sauces

I ordered 15 wings, 3 flavors. I received 14 wings, 2 flavors. Wings were fine, however, I did not eat them due to finding flies in my fries and onion rings. Whole order wasted.

I went for lunch and there were only two people working, one waitress and one cook. People started walking out. I got there early enough so the wait wasn’t too bad. But this was only one of the major issues.
Another big issue is the change to the wings at this location. Wings were smaller and the breading was not the typical Hooters breading, very lackluster. They also don’t have the Spicy Garlic sauce and they changed Parm Garlic to a dry rub. Very disappointing.
Not sure what the owner is thinking with these changes, but it needs to go back to the old way of doing things. At least, the South County location is still the normal Hooters. Hopefully they don’t make the same mistake this location did.

Loved the attention we received from the girls when we walked in. And they all continued to engage with us the whole time we were there. Seafood was 1/2 off! Buffalo shrimp and the other shrimp were perfect. Wish we got wings, but just wanted something small. So we’re coming back.
