I feel that someone has update or some type of system that will let you know pies are past expired times. Nothing tastes better than a dried out pie that was served 6 HOURS after is was made.
The bun tasted like it had sat on some type of cleaner.

Food: Found something green on my egg. Ask for another sausage/egg McMuffin sandwich and got it thrown on the counter. The muffin was burnt around the edges.
Service: Thought my food was going to be brought to the table. Mgr just kept hollering my #. Her attitude was so negative, especially when I asked for another sandwich. The first sandwich had something green on the egg. The second sandwich had a muffin that was burnt around the edge. I could not eat the sandwich.
Asked for my money back. They made me wait while they talked on the phone and served others. A Black person cannot even get treated right by Black people at this McDonalds. Then again, I’m in the South, and they probably don’t know what good service and food feels and looks like. McDonald’s has really gone downhill. So disappointed.

Nothing but dirty tables and I had to wait 30 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER IN THE DINING ROOM AT 2:00 pm. I ordered at 1:33pm and I had to physically go ask them for my food. Then they didn’t give me the extra fry that I ordered that’s on my receipt. The older lady up front told me that I already had my fry. So I told her when I was young, a fry came with the Happy Meal. So you owe me a fry per my recipe. TERRIBLE SERVICE CONSIDERING THEY ESTABLISHMENT WASNT EVEN BUSY. Avoid THIS LOCATION!!

I was here during a slow period. I was the only car in the drive thru and only 2 tables inside were occupied. I ordered a meal asking for the burger with no pickles. I ordered a second meal asking for no cheese. I asked for less, not more. Both meals came with the things I specifically asked to omit and nothing else! And soggy, floppy fries. Everybody loves McDonald’s fries, but how about letting them cook until the timer sounds. That’s literally dummy-proof!

The restaurant is impeccably clean, largely because the employee responsible for the dining area on December 11th at 2:00 PM is exceptionally polite, attentive, and observant. She constantly checked with customers to see if they needed anything and was meticulous about maintaining the cleanliness of the room. I highly recommend that companies looking for excellent staff try to recruit her. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but congratulations on her proactivity and excellent service!

I came after work, i never orderes at this location before or ever been there. I didnt know their dinning room was closed. And made a mobile order for pick up. Then went to go inside to find the door locked. So tried to pick up my food from the drive through. Waited 30 mins before i could get up to the speaker box with how slow the service was. And then when I got to the window the drive through order taker said I couldnt get my food that way and was insanely rude. And ask me so and whats my point when I explained the situation. Will be going back in the morning to get my refund or food as of now this location has stolen 18 dollars and some change from me.

I placed a mobile order and got two meals and mine was the mcdouble meal deal for $6 with the nuggets. I get home with my food thinking all is great because i got my sauces and everything was good but i went to grab my third nugget eating in my humble dark cave of a room and felt some hair… NOT my hair. I have black hair and it was orange/red and i think synthetic based off quality so PLEASE keep your hair secure it ISN’T HARD.
