Sergio, the manager, and his team at Habit are always so wonderful. Sergio always remembers me and the food is just wonderful. They have an amazing selection of food although I always get a Charburger with sweet potatoes fries or a veggie burger. Definitely recommend this location!

I used to love the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad at The Habit. It always came with fresh, shredded lettuce, plenty of chicken, crispy chopped bacon, and was served in a solid, good-sized bowl. It was one of my go to meals.
I went back recently because I was craving it and wow, what a disappointment. They completely changed how they make it. Instead of shredded lettuce, it was a garden mix that honestly reminded me of weeds, with some pieces even brown and soggy. There was barely any chicken, the bacon came in big soft pieces instead of crispy bits, and they served it in a flimsy disposable bowl. For the price they charge, this was not it.
Super disappointed with the quality and definitely won’t be coming back.

We came here because my husband received a coupon for a free charburger. The burgers were delicious and we tried the sweet potato fries which were really delicious! The workers were really nice and the facility was super clean. They had speciality teas and drinks song with the usual sis fountain tap. We will definitely be back.

I’ve seen this place on McDowell for a long time but never knew what they really served so I never stopped. I received a buy one get one free chicken club so I decided to give them a try. Food was really good and the manager was very friendly and helpful in explaining their menu. He suggested that I try their green beans and they were absolutely delicious. This is a new place for me to eat in the future. Highly recommend this location.

The lady that gave me the food did not want to give me my 2 ranch I ordered. She mentioned she would need to charge me. I told her, its part of my meal like I selected when ordering. I even showed her the receipt and she played dumb. I had to tell her multiple times that the receipt showed 2 sauces and she finally gave them to me as if she’s “doing me a favor”. So damn annoying.

I had an amazing experience at The Habit in Avondale! My cashier, Kyle, provided outstanding service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to get customer service that good these days, and he absolutely deserves recognition.
On top of that, the food here is always delicious — fresh, flavorful, and consistently amazing every time I visit.
Highly recommend this location, and huge shoutout to Kyle for making my experience amazing.

I had never been to habit grill until recently moving to the area. My first visit was so nice and the service was great. I came in tonight for a late dinner & Kyle made my visit one to remember. His customer service is genuine and he’s amazing at the front. I just want to say you have amazing staff & the food is SO good‼️

I went to get lunch with my brother and we both got the charburger. We ordered it for take out. When we got back to work we noticed that both of our burgers had mold. How this wasn’t even noticed it absolutely ridiculous. Ruined our lunch and wasted our money. When we called there was nothing the person over the phone could do. All they said was to put a complaint in on the website. Still haven’t heard anything back! I would never recommend this place.
