There’s a reason why you have to wait to get a seat(s) at this restaurant: the great food!! The burgers and the bottomless options plus the great desserts are what make this restaurant really worthwhile! Service was excellent the first time, not as good the second time, and the atmosphere is a bit more noisy than other places. But the food makes up for it, the decor makes for a very good atmosphere and so, I’ll be back again!!

My first time to eat here and our server, Bailey, was simply fantastic.
Their pretzels was awesome (I think it was the cheese ) but the pretzels were soft and chewy. I had a mushroo m cheese burger, the little ones had chicken fingers and my DIL had the.chicken sandwich/burger. We accidentally left our to go box☹️
Bathroom is clean which is a plus and they have a little step stool for kids to wash their hands. All in all it was a.pleasant late lunch.

I’ve been to other Red Robins before and they weren’t that great. But this one is absolutely amazing! The burgers are delicious and not dired out but also not excessively greasy. The service is amazing and will bring you refills on your soda without you having to flag them down. The only down side is that it’s a little noisy but only because of the music. That said the noisy isn’t bad and you can easily have a conversation. It’s a little expensive but the food is definitely worth the prices. If you love burgers then I definitely recommend this place.

My husband LOVES the fish and chips! Red Robin has some of the very best fish anywhere he has eaten and he has tried a lot of restaurants on the Oregon Coast.
We also love the all you can eat garlic fries and Campfire sauce.
The Haystack Tavern double is my favorite burger, with those tasty onion straws.
My only complaint is the Red Robin in Eugene, Oregon likes to store their cleaning bucket, with dirty water and rags, right next to the refill pitchers of water and tee. They keep it all displayed in the middle of the restaurant, next to their Red Robin statue.
It is very disgusting and unsanitary, especially when they just grab the rag, from the bucket and ring it out, with the water splashing all over, into the refill pitchers. We have mentioned it to the manager before, it gets moved, but is always back in place, when we go back.

We went to Red Robin today for lunch and had THE best burger and fried chicken sandwich we have ever had. Both, my wife and I agreed the service, food, and atmosphere were great. We were so stuffed we could not eat the dessert we ordered and had it wrapped up to go. This evening we had the lemon cake that we took home and it was absolutely delicious, the best we have ever had. It was not too lemony and the companments made it absolutely great. Thank you Red Robin for a fantastic meal.

Hate to do this, because the food is delicious and the servers are nice. But I’ve had two horrible experiences here.
First one was last year. My wife had a birthday burger she was planning on redeeming. Something went wrong on their end and they couldn’t redeem it, basically shrugging their shoulders. Left a bad taste in our mouth, so we didn’t come back again until tonight. Food was delicious, waitress was nice. But she came back and told me I didn’t spend the requisite $10 the month before in order to qualify for the reward. What kind of BS policy is that? I only came went there because of that reward, and they change it to THAT?
Red Robin has been a favorite of mine for years, but I’ll never spend another dime here because of their slimy bait and switches.

Great crew and good price for what you get. I got the mushrooms and swiss burger but I usually get the teriyaki burger. The one thing I don’t like is the straws the use, they are tiny and you can’t get a good drink.

My wife and I went there for lunch. The waitress consistently got our order incorrect. My wife ordered her hamburger with no tomato and I ordered mine regular. She got tomato and cheese. I got nothing no tomato no cheese. Then she asked if we wanted another beverage,we said no, and she brought them anyway saying here is the beverages you wanted.
