The restaurant looked extremely unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The tables were greasy, the floor was sticky and poorly swept, with food scraps scattered around. The smell in the air was heavy, a mix of old grease and lack of hygiene.
The restroom, when I needed to use it, was even worse: the sink was clogged, toilet paper was all over the floor, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and there were visible stains of accumulated dirt. The odor was unbearable, making it clear that cleaning was not a priority.
The service was a complete disaster. The waitress, besides being totally inattentive, forgot my order four different times. Every time I reminded her, she came back much later with vague excuses. To make matters worse, she had a strong smell of marijuana, which was impossible to ignore and gave off a completely unprofessional image.
Overall, the experience was terrible: a dirty environment, filthy restroom, and disastrous service that ruined the entire visit.

After my friend’s Master’s graduation ceremony, we made our way to Olive Italian Restaurant on Boston Post Road for a celebratory lunch and it did not disappoint. This cozy, classic Italian spot welcomed us like family, with a warm atmosphere.
The lady that waited on us was the unexpected highlight. She was incredibly kind, patient, and even offered to take group photos for us. Her attentiveness made the experience feel even more special.
The food was exquisite, rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was a hit. Soft 80s tunes playing in the background gave the whole place a relaxed, nostalgic vibe. The restaurant is easy to spot from the road, and it’s wheelchair-♿️ accessible with dedicated parking. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit.

We were sat pretty quickly and then ignored by every waiter that passed the table. We literally watched 3 tables be assisted. We finally raised our hands to get any workers attention after 10 minutes. Her response to us was “you need something?” I replied “yes, a waiter would be great” she then said “I guess I’ll take this table” …. The experience was pretty down hill from there. Zero intentions on coming back to this location for a while after this. I’m actually being generous

We went out to dinner last night Friday 11/7/25. We were able to get seated right away. But the reason for writing my review is due to the most awesome waitress Kaleigh (I hope I spelled it right). She was absolutely amazing. I have never had such a friendly, honest, caring and courteous waitress before. She was amazing! And made our experience there THE BEST EVER! I wish there were more people like her. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her amazing job that she does. And also recognized for the way she treats her customers with such care. You can tell she is genuine, and that she genuinely wants her customers to be happy, completely pleased and satisfied when they leave. I will always request Kaleigh as my waitress from now on as long as she’s working . She is an absolute pleasure and in my opinion, she should be given a raise or a promotion. Thank you for being you Kaleigh!!!

I like this place. You can choose either salad or soup for free and unlimited with your main dish. Both are really tasty options! The restaurant leans a bit on the carb-heavy side, but everything is full of flavor. Definitely worth trying.
Expect to pay around $20-$30 per person for an average meal. The staff is friendly and fast. It could also be a great spot for a casual date.

Really great service. I am not a big fan of the food. I feel that the food is really salty but the kids love the place. I have had bad experiences at other locations but this location has great service even though it was a busy Saturday night.

A+/Superlative food and service. I like pasta marinara. They treat like family like their motto says. Dan, GM, Rich, Matt, and all there provide superior customer dedication. Dan is impressively knowledgeable, and in my opinion, he belongs in corporate. The ambiance is roomy, spacious, beautiful, immaculate. As I said, the food is excellent, and a good value. The food and service are why Orange, CT is the best location out of all the locations I ate at.

Service was great sierra was our waitress and was so friendly and attentive she is amazing. The food was very fresh everything had tones of flavor and nothing was undercooked or overcooked. The soup and salad and bread sticks unlimited and fresh. I got the spaghetti chicken parm , hubby got Alfredo with chicken crisp chicken the chicken was so crispy and juicy absolutely amazing. The drink I had was the Blue Amalfi the drink was strong but not to strong made perfectly I’m very impressed with Olive Garden the manager was actually very nice also definitely 5 stars
