You will never know how much you will miss your local Jack in the Box restaurant until you move to a state that doesn’t have one… I was so happy to see this Jack in the Box, that I skipped all the places on the strip to go here just to get a Breakfast Jack! Ah, it reminded me of home! Plus 10 Jack in the Box antenna balls to bring back to my friends! Best Las Vegas souvenirs ever! The man taking orders had an issue communicating in English and multiple customers had to have him repeat what he said before they understood him, if it wasn’t for that I would have given this restaurant another star. The food was good, affordable and both the dining area and restroom was clean.

What a great surprise. My first time in Jack in the box. Had the ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries. Super tasty both of them. What a pity they don’t have branches in Florida.

Surprisingly tasty burger! I haven’t been to Jack In The Box in a long time. After a show, we drove thru and got a couple of burgers. They were delicious and service was fast and friendly with freshly made burgers.

This place is horrible the customer service here is ridiculous the guy at the counter gave everyone else their food before ours, he then continued to complain about him not doing his job. Extremely rude and un organized environment

Literally just left drive through. Multiple times I was asked at ordering what size fries. We asked for a regular size Oreo shake and 2 jr cheeseburgers as well. Woman taking order reviewed if order was correct and did not state burgers so I reminded her and was told “I know I’m telling you your order”.
Get to the window after watching her flip her hand at the car in front of us for not giving her their card fast enough and had mine ready and waiting.
I was given a large chocolate shake- not an Oreo one, a half filled large fries and one cheeseburger instead of 2.
No receipt so I don’t even know what she rage charged us since half the order was wrong.
Never have we been so unimpressed with the drive through at this location, and we frequent it weekly.

We got here early in the morning, before heading over to the airport. We were in a hurry to get to the airport and in need of something fast. We got to the restaurant and it took 2 min to finally acknowledge me standing inside the store. To make things short, food was cold (couldn’t finish it), no toilet paper ( had to ask for it), and the place was a complete trash can (gross me out). First time at Jack in the Box, provably my first and last.

Cleanliness: The dining area was shockingly dirty. The tables were all sticky and hadn’t been wiped down, making it impossible to sit comfortably.
Service: The counter service was a nightmare. The employee at the register couldn’t figure out how to take our order and directed us to the self-service kiosk, which was incredibly frustrating since we were paying with cash. They then had to re-enter the entire order from the receipt, which was not only a waste of time but also caused a major screwup.
Order Accuracy: We ended up with the wrong items. It was clear their system, and their staff, were completely out of sync.
The food was decent enough, but the overall lack of cleanliness, incompetent service, and incorrect order completely ruined the meal. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
