I ordered the order below. And got a pizza with no chicken on the BBQ pizza. Who gets just BBQ sauce and cheese on a pizza? My wife and I have ordered from this domino’s PLENTY of times before, probably 3 times within a 2 week span. I called in to tell them about it and i have the order and being told that I ordered it wrong? I don’t know how I can get something wrong… nonetheless mistake DO happen hands down. But when attitude was given for no reason what so ever. Not going to be ordering again for awhile. This is very disappointing.

After I had already paid and picked up my order, it was cancelled for no reason, invalidating my $3 coupon and points. Called in to get this rectified, but the usual daytime worker (John) was no help.
He’s not much better when it comes to making pizzas. Can’t cut them evenly and on a particularly bad day, just turned them into mush. I also have to arrive about 5-10 minutes later than the pizza tracker because he’s usually never ready with them. It’s sad that this location’s constantly rotating through staff, but John has been the worse and he is just a total fish out of water situation.
I now call ahead to see if he’s working and if he is, I’d rather drive a few minutes out of the way to a different location.
*Update* I revisited this location and had my issue, more or less rectified, so I changed my star rating . Very friendly interaction with a different worker today and was helpful with my issue. I’ve had dealings with him before and transactions have always gone smoothly, and my pizzas did not come out a mess.

Ordered a salad. Don’t order salad. The greens were slimy and had a foul odor. The lady at the store said it was from today which doesn’t make sense because it looks prepackaged. Wouldn’t a food inspector have issue with this?
I’ve had a bad experience in the past with wings being mostly fat and breading from this location as well. I was told cheese pizza was ok.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pan pizzas, only to find one completely burnt and the other lacking the extra cheese I paid for. The pizza was dry and unappetizing. I returned to the store within minutes, and while the staff was courteous and willing to fix the issue, the general manager’s attitude was unacceptable. Instead of providing good customer service, she was dismissive, condescending, and acted as if I was simply trying to take advantage of the situation. I have ordered this pizza many times before and have never had this issue, yet she insisted nothing was wrong. This new General Manager said they followed all domino’s regulations and do things by the book. A true professional would focus on customer satisfaction, not arguing over a clearly subpar order. This level of service is unacceptable, and they just lost a long time customer.

Based on their tracker, my pizza sat for 50 minutes before it was delivered so no surprise it was cold on arrival. This is a management issue. Tell the customers it will be a wait? Organize your service better so pizzas do not sit? I understand short staffing and have patience for it but delivering ice cold food with no notice or explanation is unacceptable. I should have read the other reviews. Pizza Hut is across the street.

We generally order the same pizza toppings – pepperoni and Italian sausage. Tonight the sausage topping was not at all the same. It was small pieces of a dry and smoky tasting item. Certainly not the usual. Hope it’s made right the next time.

I really regret having to write this review bc there are good people that work at this location whom I do not fault for the terrible delivery times and worst pizza I’ve ever had. They need more training and support or just shut it down. Spending $70 for pizza that is way too thin and uneven, hardly any sauce and overcooked is outrageous. Do better Dominos. They have lost my business for good.

The woman working today, Super Bowl Sunday deserves a raise or a promotion. Not only did she handle an incredibly rude customer, she dealt with system issues and staff callouts on one of the busiest days of the year. Yet she handled it all with grace. Ensured everyone waiting at the store when their orders will be completed even with a system outage. She deserves recognition from the company for her dedication, professional demeanor, and quality customer service. Please give people a break the entire world is short staffed right now.
