First off one of my all time favorite restaurants. Try their other locations too BTW. This is just classy and awesome. We left our car after a couple of margaritas and got an Uber. We come out the next day to get our car to find this letter on the windshield. Talk about being responsible, classy and caring management. I was already a customer for life. You went way beyond. Thanks Hacienda. ❤️

We came in and got seated right away, the host wasn’t pleasant and then we were greeted by our server named Ben and he was less pleasant. We ordered our drinks and food right away. My husband got two refills on his drinks and I never got a refill so I had to drink some of my husbands. Our server made a nasty comment under his breathe about him being thirsty… we had to ask for more chips twice and the serve kept avoiding us. we got our food, wet burrito, fish&shrimp taco, kids chicken tenders, and a chicken quesadilla. There was only two tacos not much to them hard tortillas that should have been soft and beans that were so hard and crusty they were inedible. For 13$ two tacos was pathetic. I ate my food and was still starving after, I tried some of our daughter’s quesadilla she wouldn’t touch and gagged right away. It was the most nasty thing I tasted. Our server never asked us how everything was or if we needed anything. It was my first time there and was more disappointed than I thought it could be. The only nice interaction we had was with a lovely waitress that came by and asked if she could give our daughters suckers and it was awesome. Definitely wish we could of had her as our server.

The waiter was prompt and really nice but the food was something to be desired! The salsa tasted like it was poured out of a bottle and into a bowl. The rice tasted like a Spanish rice packet you would heat up at home. The chicken chimichanga was decent, just shredded white chicken inside the shell. At least the white queso was good but I won’t be back.

Ate here tonight (still here as I type this) Food was not the greatest. It’s been a year that my husband and I have eaten here. We decided to give it another try since he “loves” their chips and salsa. The chips and salsa is probably the only thing that tastes good, I’ll give them that! I ordered their tostada x2 and we waited 45 minutes for our order to come to our table and the tostadas were super soggy. Covered with 90% of cheese and lettuce and tomato and cilantro and onions. I didn’t even eat most of my meal, just the rice and beans. Our waitress was good. We will not be back though. We have given this place one too many times and it’s always bland. Prior to this last visit, again, about a year ago, I had ordered 3 tacos; 1 beef, 1 pork & 1 chicken. The beef (fajita) was super tough and hard to eat. The chicken was very dry. The pork was the only one that was good & the only one I finished eating.
You guys should probably also sell aguas frescas considering you guys are a Mexican restaurant and most do.

The service was great, friendly, and attentive waitstaff. However, the food was not good it was well portioned. The only thing I can recommend out of our $65 dinner would be the queso and the margarita. The meat on the nachos was like the meat you’d find in a meatloaf. The chicken was dry. I had to use our queso to make it bearable to digest.

Got kids meal and still charged for drink. Asked bowl ranch with empty bowls to mix never got it. Order was wrong. After got paid took 15 min to go drink. Bit overpriced. 10 for moz sticks up 2 appetizer. Burrito 13 and up. Charge for everything.

Greeted by the host and seated promptly. This restaurant is a Mexican themed American take on Mexican food. Waitress didn’t come around and take drink orders for the two of us for a long time. After reviewing the menu I was told twice that the items I wanted were not available? I thought whatever give me something you do have? The menus are shrinking along with the selection. Three dollar drinks and sides add up quick! Chimichanga was just OK. If this is Your Place things are changing check back soon. I would not personally recommend this establishment. Enjoy!

SAVE THE MONEY GO TO MI FAMILIA!!! Every time I have gotten margaritas to go, the bartender (female) has been very rude…. I now just make them at home! If you get them I’d get seated not to go at the bar… but even then the waitress wasn’t good I’d pass…….
