I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to Elys! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, friendly, and super attentive. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her job.
Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and Elys made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If you get Elys as your server, you’re definitely in good hands!

The server waived her hand in my husband’s face to try to explain his pancake options. That was rude. Other than that the food was good and manager was excellent! David was navigating seating, talking to tables, helping buss and run food. He was wonderful. IHOP is very lucky to have him. I hope he’s getting compensated for his wonderful work ethic!!

I usually don’t eat at IHop, but my husband talked me in to coming with him. Kiara was an amazing greeter and server. She went above and beyond to make this a great experience and created an atmosphere that was very positive. She has changed my mind about what to hope for at this location. I will be more likely to come back next time my husband wants to eat here 🙂

This was the worst experience at an IHOP. The service was very slow, didn’t try to refill my drink until I asked for the check. Then, it took over 15 minutes for them to comp my pancakes, because no one could figure out how to use rewards. Then, after getting my ticket back to sign, she stood over me watching onto see if I would tip good. FTR, no, I didn’t. She didn’t deserve it

Our server, Jesslyn was fantastic. She took care of everything often without us having to ask. We wanted to order what my friend normally gets that says, “Served all day”, BUT in very teeny tiny print it says that it stops at 10:00. Why would IHOP put that in such small print that people would get angry with the server because they don’t realize it isn’t really served all day? THAT needs to be in large print. That was my only complaint and that was not against the restaurant or Jesslyn. IHOP needs to fix that. Or food was also great.
I haven’t been to this location in years because of bad service. Because of Jesslyn and the great service we received, and the great food, we’ll be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at IHOP today. Tried a cheeseburger omelette years ago and it was wonderful. The waitress Rosa G. attempted to make it again tonight and it was just as amazing. Can’t say enough great things about IHOP. The pancakes are amazing. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is on point. This place is so busy! They must make pancakes, so good that you wanna slap your tongue!
