I have tries chicken fill A for the first time . I ordered their usual menu. The sandwich was so good . Besides , the sausage was too good . But i did not like their fries sonce it was not crispy and salty. Overall, the food was good and i recommend everyone should try this

This location has really gone down hill with quality and customer service! Since fast food is so expensive I would like to think at least chick-fil-a would continue to provide excellent food. The chicken they use on their biscuits and sandwiches used to be nice thick juicy pieces of chicken now the chicken is more like cheap Tv dinner mostly breading! (See pictures) I have introduced a lot of people to chicken-fil-a in the past and never once thought, “I hope they like it”. Because I knew they would. I have given this location multiple chances to get it right and they have failed every single time. Now I would feel embarrassed to bring someone who has never had their food to try it for the first time based off of my last multiple visits.
Now, on to their drive thru!
For a long time nobody could compete with their efficiency and professionalism when it came to their drive thru. But now, thanks to their App.. they have effectively ruined it for everyone who is unwilling to use the App to buy food! I’m sure I am not the only one who doesn’t want to give chick-fil-all of my personal information like my email, let them track my every move thru the app, etc… The only thing the app does for their guests is let them cut in line at the drive thru. If the app made it to where these people were separated at the food window it would be more fair to the LONG line that piles up due to these people’s order not being ready when they get there. Nothing infuriates me more than waiting for the person to take your order and watching 7 cars just drive on thru and making you wait for them. Now instead of maybe being 2nd in line I’m now 9th in line and have to wait waaaay longer than I would have. The only thing this app does is provide Chick-fil-a with free advertising and personal data. This App has effectively made Chick-fil-A customer service no better than Mc Donald’s.

Anyway fast forward to the evening I went into the dollar tree ,the manager checked me out and was like I saw you earlier at Chick-fil-A, I said yeah I saw you too. She said ,yeah one of the managers said ” that lady comes in here everyday and complains about her order,why even come her” I’m like wow lol…complain? Because my oder is wrong smh. One of the best fast food chains. Service has always been great, actually i’m bumping up my 4 stars to 5 because of that. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe w waffle fries. As a note, unless you are eating there, the lettuce will always be wilted because of the heat. I dont like that but others are fine w it. The meals are also very good to an actual serving so you’re less likely to over do it vs other places with 1,000 calorie burgers. The mac & cheese is okay, not bad, just good enough.

The food was good and everyone enjoyed it. The service left a lot to be desired and was actually bad. We drove an hour to come here and eat dinner and play. After a rough ordering experience, the gentlemen came to me at our seats and said he undercharged me. Made me get up and away from my children to stand at the front while he “refunded” me only to charge me 15 dollars MORE!!!!! I specifically asked that question when we were ordering and he told me eveything was fine. I honestly find it hard to believe this actually happened. If my kids hadn’t looked forward to this all day long and we didn’t drive this far, I would have left. Hindsight 20/20 I should have told him no, you rang me up like that and not paid more for their mistake. Super unhappy but again, good food!

Stopped to get dinner for family after a 14 hour shift at work. Got home only half the food was there. Tried calling numerous times to just get a busy signal. So drove back with my receipt. Got there the door was locked because it was 9:01pm. Guy sweeping would not let me in. Took my receipt to the manager and left me standing in the cold. They confirmed that they only gave me part of our order and apologized and offered to make the missing part. I asked her to just credit back my card the whole amount for having to come back and standing outside she went to the register. When she returned she only credited off only the missing parts. Disappointing

Wanted to give a shot out to Taryn! My husband was picking up lunch for us and my mobile order did not come through. She went above and beyond to make the issue a nonissue for him!! lol. She didn’t have to help the way she did, but she didn’t think twice. Thanks for putting some sunshine on this cloudy Monday!! Excellent customer service!!
