l’ve always enjoyed eating at IHOP, but this visit to was disappointing.
On January 7, 2026, around 10:35 AM, I ordered two Spicy Poblano Omelettes for takeout. Both arrived with avocado smashed on top, which was not disclosed. My companion is allergic to avocado, so l politely requested an exchange.
The server, Beatriz R., responded unprofessionally, raised her voice, and refused the request in front of staff and customers. Thankfully another employee intervened, replaced the omelette, and apologized.
I reported the incident to Guest Relations (Case #3738583) but never received a follow-up.
I hope management reviews this, as allergy concerns and respectful treatment should be taken seriously.

My fiance’ doesn’t care for ihop but he said the fish was absolutely delicious.
The waiter showed me where I could charge my phone and my kids enjoyed themselves ; very warming atmosphere.

Trash !!!! Ordered pick up. Food was cold items were missing. Called to speak with someone. They were laughing on the phone like it’s a joke to waste people time and money ! Go to the one in Greenbelt way better service and the food is actually FRESH !
