My mother and I went in to get something to eat, and was greeted by a young man by the name of KEVAUNN. I don’t normally do reviews, but I just had to do this one and compliment him. He was so kind. After getting gas at the Exxon station across the street, I order a Tuna sub on the app and figured by the time I got there and washed my hands, my sub would getting prepared.
All of that lined up perfectly. I told my server I would tell her the condiments she’d once I was there. I started with spinach, I always start with spinach . I saw there was a lot of wilted leaves at the top of the pile. That lady grabbed a handful of spinach and put it on my sub indiscriminately and was ready to proceed to her next item. I HAD TO TELL HER I DIDNT WANT THE WILTED LEAVES!!! ♂️
Some of y’all may not care, but that totally shook my faith in Subway workers. I will go through the app for the savings but I am going to have to make sure you ain’t throwing bad veggies on the subs.

Gotta meatball sandwich, they should be ashamed calling that meatball, it tatseted like it was cooked in 1928, dehydrated, reconstituted in dish water, and seasoned with dirt. The cookies were old tatesed like old processed grease. The girls were wonderful and did a great job. Food was craaaaappppp.

Ate here twice. Take out. Service was prompt, quick & helpful. Fed wife and myself for under $20 including tip. Got 12″ subs. Cut in half. We had two meal off the one purchase. Convenient. No waiting. 6 Choices of bread. 40+ items on the menu. Build your own sub. We are going back. My wife is picky about where she eats, she really likes the place. Right off 55south & 306 Independence exit.

Let me count the ways of how the subway sucked. My husband and I were driving from Memphis to baton rouge, Louisiana for my daughter’s graduation and we stopped to get Subway at this particular Subway in Coldwater, Mississippi and drove up parked at the store says it’s opened. However the door was locked. The lady signaled us to walk up to the drive-thru which why we wanted to go in and eat our sandwich. But hey you lost money. I am kind of scared that a person would not open the door to fix the sandwich which leads me to believe the sandwich would not be that good either. We left promptly since the service was not even we could call adequate I would never come back
