6 out of 5. Great food & wine. Great service. Great view. Not to a surprise people travel over Corsica to have lunch here.

We really liked this place, there’s so many options in Corsica that it can be overwhelming to choose, so we usually decide for a place with a unique feature, here it’s the location (of course we researched the good and comments). The menu was very seafood focused -which we loved-, but with a nice variety from fresh, raw, fried, Italian/ French like dishes. It’s a bit pricey for the portions, but well, that’s what it is. The best discovery was the fresh product sale next door where we could purchased local grown mussels and oysters (GREAT PRICE!). Other than that I recommend calling and booking in advance as it can be full by lunch.

Superb. Destination by itself.
A most lovely setting for a restaurant, be it lunch or dinner. Open Terrace overlooking the inland lake. Gentle breeze is always present. Casual but very efficient service. Excellent wine list. Cuisine is fresh and only local products are used. Ordered bouillabaisse with a bottle of rose. Life doesn’t get much better than this. The only regret is that eventually we had to leave. Definitely coming back to try other dishes and wines.

A group of 6 of us ate there 2 days ago and most of us ordered the mussels. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Luckily my wife, the only French person in the group, made reservations beforehand or we may not have found a place to sit. The place was full almost from opening. Very good food. Very unique location as a floating restaurant in a lagoon.

Great view on the pond. Food was good. The oysters were great! The restaurant is built on piliers over the pond.

Along the route between Bastia and Porto Vecchio, great restaurant for raw fish (i.e. Plateau Royal). Very nice place, great view on the lagoon, crowded so it’s better to reserve. Not cheap, but it deserves.

Oysters and mussels straight from the sea, delicious and fresh. Shared 6 oysters and ate mussels from the plancha (what a fragrance!) and with olive oil and herbs de Provence that were best mussels ever. Paired well with local Torraccia bio wine. And crispy fries. 2 persons = 52€.
