Ordered online to get the points and then sent my husband to actually grab the food. When he returned opening it up. I see that the drinks and the fries no longer have the Monopoly on it. When trying to even call in it goes immediately to their voicemail is full. When my husband was picking up the food he had spoken to who he was pretty sure was the store manager she in return was extremely rude and refused to comment on anything.

It was incredibly busy, yet we quickly received our food and drinks; the food was excellent! We even had a chance to try their special including new snack wraps, which were alright. Overall, I was impressed by this McDonalds having it together.

This location is ok. The touch screens are easy to use and make ordering a lot easier. The app code takes some patience to scan. The food and service are good. I would just point out that the eating area was really messy. I don’t think it is the workers fault. I can tell that people are really messy. Lots of food and trash were spilled on the floors. Someone was sweeping as we were starting to leave. I think people should be more courteous and clean up after themselves.

I rarely now before the golden arches, but Wendy’s was closed for renovations so this was the least bad option, and this experience reminded me why I so deeply miss Wendy’s…
This place is clearly set up to be just a drive through. There are two lanes in the drive through , both severely backed up. The inside requires you to either order online, or wait by the one and only cash register for one of the people tending the drive through, which is behind a barrier, to notice you and, eventually, grudgingly acknowledge you. After I stood at the counter for several minutes, a woman came out and stood at the register with her arms folded and stared at me, so I said, “Good afternoon, sir! Welcome to McDonald’s. What can I get for you today?”
That got her to put her hands on the register, whereupon I placed my order and paid. She handed me my cup, and walked away without a word, which is how she conducted the entire transaction. A different, reasonably friendly young man handed me my order surprisingly quickly, and I left.

This McDonald’s has to be theworst ran fast food chain I’ve ever seen. I don’t think there has been one time where my order was correct. Just today, got a chicken biscuit and was given a bagel I can’t eat. And a few weeks ago charged me for the wrong order then charged me for my meal as well. Save your money and your sanity and go to one of the multiple other chains

BUSY! Saturday morning heading out of Nags Head on July 8th. Seems like everyone else had the same idea. Just a few tables open, so we sat down and placed our order online. They aren’t doing tableside service, but I cannot even fault that, it’s too bust! Orders came up fast as the crew in the back is working really hard. Food was great as expected, dining room was pretty clean with the exception of tables needing wiped, but again with so many people in and our, there isn’t even time to wipe tables.

Drive through windows were filthy, while window was open inside of store looked dirty. Employees looked disheveled, left a lot to be desired. We ate there twice last week both times were the same experience. Young people who just don’t care and managers that don’t know they are supposed to. McDonald’s food is way to expensive now to accept second rate customer service.

My roommates and I go to Mcdonald’s every Thursday after line dancing. EVERY. THURSDAY. there is some sort of issue. Either forgotten food in our orders, closing the inside early (There’s five of us so to attempt to make it easier on us and the workers we want to order inside but they lock the doors before their posted time (One time we walked up to the doors while a worker had the keys in his hand and we asked if it was locked already, he said “does it look closed” and pulls the locked door. Keep in mind this is at 9:30pm when the posted time is 11:00pm)) Or just the awful and rude employees. There needs to be new management or some change because this is absurd.

Big guy, in a red shirt was eating Cheetos on the food line. He has one glove that he never changed and touched EVERYTHING, and the ungloved hand, BUT HE LICKED HIS FINGERS. I wouldn’t trust any food that comes from here. They refused to give me a receipt, making it harder to contact corporate.
