ZERO stars if I could. We placed a pick up order at 11:48 and got there at 11:55. We were ignored THREE TIMES in the drive thru and and waited at the window for over TEN MINUTES with the worker SHANE looking at us in the window multiple times before they were closed at 12 and ignored us purposely. The manager with the black teeth then came out and told us that they saw our order, said it by name and would not make it. The manager with the black teeth then told us that she took her headset off so she didn’t hear us pull up and then shut the window at us and ignored us. DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!! Shane and the manager with the black teeth should NOT be in customer service. Horrible LAZY LAZY LAZYYYYY people.

Our food was forgotten, the drink order was wrong, and the table looked like someone attempted to clean it using Mage Hand… blindfolded. The whole place felt like a low-level dungeon no one’s bothered to clear in weeks.
Not a boss fight – just lingering status effects like frustration and regret. Better loot awaits elsewhere.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I get handed a milkshake that was completely melted. I went to say something but the girl closed the window the second she handed me the shake. I walk in and tell them, the manager comes out, doesn’t say a word, opens the drawer and puts $5 on the counter and walks away. A month ago they gave me a McChicken without any chicken and accused me of taking it off and they want $15 an hour

What a totally different experience then the McDonald’s on Pine Island..wouldve been 5 stars but unfortunately the guy that took my money seemed like he didn’t want to be there. But got to the next window was greeted by a young lady with a smile on her face and a How are you doing tonight. Handed me my milkshake then ask me to pull forward to next window and my 5 sundaes would be ready.Next window once again was greeted by a lady that might have been the manager (different uniform) with a how you doing made sure I had everything I needed and a have a good night sir. Its a little further from the house dont go to McDonald’s alot but would come here over the one across the street from the house.

Went to this McDonalds at 7:15 on a Tuesday night and received the best McDonalds food I have had in years. Chicken nuggets hot and fresh! Fries reminded us of old days fries hot fresh and perfectly salted. Way to do it team.

The manager Taimi is rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I witnessed her yelling at a younger employee today. The GM stood there and watch did not say anything. I was just a bystander trying to enjoy my meal. She is always unpleasant but I will not be returning. I hope that young lady reports her GM and manager to HR or higher for this.

I had placed a mobile order at around 1pm, the order which included a McFlurry. I get to the McDonald’s and it was moving super slow, and when I finally get to the window where I pick up my food, I was not informed that the ice cream machine was “broken.” The worker tried to just give me the rest of my order and close the window. I proceeded to ask about the McFlurry and she told me it was broken and went to get her manager. The manager who had given me a hard time in the past. She had a harder time resolving the issue and settled on a caramel frappe, which took her roughly 15 minutes and was severely underfilled.
