Bacon wrapped Hot dogs and street tacos. Our bacon is a beef frank wrapped in bacon on a steamed bun with pinto beans, onions, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard and cheese. We have different kinds of meats for our tacos – asada, chicken, adobada, barbacoa and buche. Everything is very Delicious. We also have a salad bar so you can put your toppings that you love.

Ohhh my freaking Goodness!!! I can’t believe I’ve never had this place before but WOW!!! The authentic tacos with all the traditional toppings, all the REAL MEATS!!! But the Dogs, unreal!!! I don’t have words to describe the taste that would do it justice so what I am going to tell you is, do yourself a favor and get this place on your must have list! And put it on the top! Marco’s is such a fun, delicious spot in Longmont. Very unique atmosphere with high-quality food. Best hot dogs I’ve ever had (they completely melt in your mouth), and the taco meat is exceptional. Super friendly staff — and if you have a chance to meet the owner, Jose, say hi. He’ll make your day!

Marcos recently catered the food for my daughter’s wedding. We were so thrilled and had absolutely no complaints about anything. They brought their food truck but we ended up having them use their grills on the patio of the venue to make it easier for people who couldn’t walk the path down to the truck. Their setup was wonderful and there was very little wait time for the guests (75+). The food was delicious (we had three different types of tacos along with all the toppings you could think of and their famous bacon-wrapped hot dogs). I can not recommend them enough.

Stumbled upon this gem while on vacation. Service was excellent, staff was nice! Food was absolutely delicious! Left side serves delicious hot dogs, right side serves yummy tacos. They were so good we went back the next day for more!! Will definitely be a spot we will be at while visiting.

Great tacos! I genuinely felt that original, authentic Mexican taco flavor. Meat was well-seasoned, tortillas were fresh, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Fast service and friendly people. Definitely one of the better taco spots around — I’ll be coming back for sure.

Having spent many of my formative years in Arizona, Mexican border towns, the Baja, and main land Mexico, I’ve had a couple Mexican hot dogs. Marcos is the real deal. Crispy hotdogs wrapped in bacon with your choice of toppings. Beans, mayo, cheese, onion, pico, jalapenos and if you want – ketchup and mustard. Served on a soft steamed bun. They are so good. My husband always ops for the shrimp dog – some sort of concoction of shrimp and ham molded together and grilled in hotdog form. He and my kids love it with all the goodies. I’ve yet to be convinced. Then there’s the tacos – legit street tacos that remind one of the street tacos you get on the little carts in Mexico. Get the carne asada, they are definitely worth stopping for. Service is fast and very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Pretty much take-away only, not much room for sitting down to eat. Just go.
