Out of the local subways, this is the only one I’ll eat at. Their produce just looks better, like they have higher standards. The employees are friendly and make your order exactly as you request it. I’ve had other locations tell me an item I wanted didn’t come on the sandwich I ordered and they wouldn’t add it to my sandwich. The item was additional vegetables, olives, spinach etc. When I feel like Subway I’ll drive out of my way to go to this location.

This was supposed to be a foot long white bread unlimited chicken bacon ranch with extra ranch toasted. Idk how they messed that up….. flatbread, and just threw everything in there like it was a boat.

This is like the 3rd time this has happened to me… ive gotten the wrong sandwhich.. and I didn’t have time to open it snd eat it till 11:30 pm because it was my dinner or lunch while at work.. pretty bummed and will be calling in the morning and hopefully they fix it. This doesnt resemble an Italian BMT at all.. pretty frustrating.

I am quite upset about the service I received from this location. #1 I was unable to put in my order by telephone because no one answered. #2 The photos here are the photos I took as soon as I opened them where you can see the portions are slim to none. I’m Both were footlong steak n cheese (one with mayo & jalapenos, the other with Chipotle sauce, onions & black olives. As seen in the photos, it appears to have only been prepared for a 6″ sub then spread about to cover the bottom. #3 When I tried to call to complain, once again,, there was no answer! I have worked in subway stores & have knowledge of proper portioning so this … completely inaccurate. The icing on the cake, I was charged just over $11 pet footlong so I am very unsatisfied and will not be returning to their location again! So, my opinion, ensure you watch as your orders are made (not on cell phones), double check items before leaving location. Subway, you might want to do some retaining. Thanks all & God bless!

This was such a wonderful experience at Subway! I have enjoyed Subway for a very long time and been to very many. This has to be the best experience so far at a Subway. It is all because of Estrella and Seth they are hands down the 2 most talented Sandwich artists I have seen behind the glass. These people are God’s handiwork and they are exactly where God needs them to be it was such a blessing to have these 2 people make these beautiful sandwiches for me and my family. May God bless Estrella and Seth and whoever hired and trained them. We will definitely be back to get more wonderful sandwiches!!

I had an appointment to take lunch to an office and had pre-ordered from Dominos next door. They were extremely behind and wouldn’t have my order ready in time. I popped in here to see if it would be possible to get 2 catering boxes of sandwiches. They were so pleasant and helpful! I had my order in 30 minutes! A well staffed and well run store. Could see the teamwork!
I wanted to acknowledge them, as often times, complaints are the only things they hear!

I ordered a foot long turkey Italiano. Instead, I got mustard with bread!! I called and spoke to a guy named Chad and he told me to scrape it off !!! Thank you subway for being the worst subway I have ever had!!! Your food and service was tremendously HORRIBLE!!

Rude workers… Food doesn’t really seem fresh a lot of the time from visual. Manager doesn’t seem to care. Workers underpaid and treated as if they don’t matter. I will pick the Mineral wells location from now on. And a lot of other people do it for these same reasons.

First and LAST time I order from this location. I ordered using the app and paid extra to have avocado spread on my sandwich. Drove all the way there from McKenzie since their Subway sucks and when I make it home to eat my food, there is no avocado spread on it. When I called in to inform them of them and to see if I could get some sort of credit to go towards my next order, I was told my only option was to drive back there to get the extra topping I paid for handed to me in a cup. Horrible customer service over the phone. Will never go back to this location.
