Reserved a table arrive and had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes. To come in, to a table unclean and under the table very dirty. Waited for 2 appetizers and they never came. The manager had to take them off my ticket. Wait 30 more minutes and my food arrived at the table cold and hair on my steak. Very unpleasant service and maybe it was a bad and busy night.

My husband and I went for dinner and drinks. Our first time going. Really enjoyed everything. The shrimp skewers: chefs kiss. 10/10. He had the steak with loaded baked potato and corn. With a long island iced tea. Which I took a sip of. Didn’t lack any liquor! I had the herb crusted chicken with green beans and loaded baked potatoe without sour cream. I’m not a huge fan of green beans but they were seasoned to perfection. My drink of choice was the midnight sour. Very well made. Our waitress was excellent. Diana if I’m not mistaken. Very sweet and attentive. We’re already planning another visit.

The restaurant was super full but we were seated quickly since we used on line wait list. Our server Diniah was awesome!! Kudos to the kitchen staff too!! Our tasty grilled shrimp appetizer came out so quickly. My husband’s salad was next and super fresh like we have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. My salmon was so tasty along with my loaded sweet potato! We were amazed with such a full restaurant what great service we had!! Kudos to the staff on a super busy Monday night!! Everything was great!! God Bless all of you!!

I don’t usually take time to do reviews unless it is just a terribly horrible experience, but this deserves a 5 star in every category! Our server, Lexie at the Florence, SC location was awesome tonight! She was very nice, quick and gave the entire experience an even better service all the way around! We (my husband, 3 of our children and I) never had to ask for anything, such as more drink or sauces, she asked first before we ran out or even thought we needed whatever it was. The food was delicious and we have complaints for once-in-a-lifetime! I actually had a great experience on 2/22 when just one of my daughter’s and I went for a quick lunch with server Arion also. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone, because this is the 2nd time we have went there and we have no complaints at all!

Went to dine in at Texas Roadhouse looking for a good experience but instead received the total opposite as soon as we walked in the door the greeters at the front had a disrespectful tone and just rude , then we go to sit down the table is not yet clean . Our server nadiaa winded up cleaning the table off so we were able to sit down . She brought us over rolls that were not even cooked all the way , offered to get us more but we declined as we had just received our salads. Then The food comes out almost an hour later ! She did let us know that it was pretty busy so they were a little behind which we fully understood. Once we do finally get our food most of it is overcooked , or undercooked , again our server apologized and offered to get it fixed . But since we waited so long we just asked for boxes she offered to get a manager to come speak to us at this point we all are just ready to leave so we said no thanks and left. I felt bad for the server because it was not just our food it’s was everyone else’s food around us as well not everyone is understanding so I know she was just as frustrated as us !! Food and atmosphere was horrible service was amazing.

Overall the food and service was good but some glitches, as delays with food, obtaining ice or drinks, but overall the smothered chicken and burgers were good.

We waited and waited, after being on the waitlist and texted that our table was ready, we went inside they said stand by the saddle and I think they forgot about us! About 15 minutes later we finally got seated, in a booth that had no lighting the bulb was broken off in the socket and no one bothered to change it! Sat there no rolls, no waiter to get our drink order! It wasn’t the waiters fault, the restaurant slammed him back to back! 20 minutes later he took our drink order which he got wrong and had to redo them! Took our order and still waited 28 minutes for it! My husband’s steak was perfectly cooked, medium and tender, mine was overcooked more like medium well and tough , food arrived after a 28 minute wait and was not hot! Waiter gave more attention to his other customers, didn’t get refills or asked if everything was good! Won’t be back for a long time! Day was the worst service we have ever had there! For today

Lawd, we were in for a treat this evening.
My cousin, her daughter, and I decided to visit this location. Our server, Josh (name on my receipt), was nice and attentive. The food was pretty decent, and despite how busy it was, we didn’t have to wait long for a table.

When I received my order—a country plate with corn, loaded baked potato, fries, a loaded sweet potato, and sidekick ribs—I noticed that I had been given steamed vegetables instead of the baked potato, and the ribs were hard on the bottom. Josh gladly took the plate back and brought me the loaded baked potato I originally asked for. From there, our visit continued without incident, and we enjoyed our food and drinks.

Until a large cockroach (or waterbug, as some Southerners call them) fell onto our table.

My cousin jumped off the bench screaming. We were trying to figure out what was going on until I saw the bug crawl out. No one in the area immediately offered assistance—not even staff nearby. Eventually, a tall female server (not our server) came over, knocked the bug off the table, stomped it, and removed it with a napkin. She also offered to move us, but by then, we had decided we were ready to leave.

What really shocked me was that no manager ever came over to assess the situation. Having an insect fall on a customer’s table in a restaurant should absolutely warrant management involvement and concern.

I went up to pay—our total was $107.29 which is pretty reasonable for a party of three–entree, drink, and alcoholic beverage. Josh, our server, was the one ringing me up. He didn’t say anything about getting a manager. “If those were the big ones they would fly.” Thankfully, the same female server who had killed the cockroach stepped in again and said, “Wait, Imma get a manager.”

Eventually, a heavyset Caucasian female manager with past shoulder-length black (or very dark brown) hair came over to the POS system near the bar, where I was standing. She offered to take $20 off the bill and asked, “Is that good?” in a very nonchalant way—then just walked off. She didn’t offer any sort of apology or show empathy. Honestly, that’s disappointing. As someone who has worked in restaurants before, I would’ve at least said something like, “I’m so sorry that happened to you.”

This location really needs improvement—especially in management and pest control.

The noise level might be a bit loud for some, but it didn’t bother me. However, if you or someone in your group has sensory issues, you may want to come during a quieter time.

We all ended up taking most of our food home after enjoying the bread and drinks before the entrées came out, but unfortunately, none of us ended up eating the leftovers. I might give this place another chance in the future, but as of now… not impressed.

Always crowded. Just lets you know that the place is good. We paid $100+ but it was worth it. I just wish a lady and her kid next to us were a bit quieter. Screaming laughing and her kid was loud and jumping in the seat. The waiter was nice and friendly. And a tentative. Will be back!
