Went to Chillies with my children the other day and let me tell you—everything was on point. The food was sizzling, fresh, and full of flavor. From the shrimp to the beef, every bite was fire. Great vibes, great service. We’ll definitely be back.

I usually go here with my best friend, we typically have average or lower than average experiences at this location. But our most recent experience was lovely! Khalil was our lovely server and was so sweet and we would go back just to have him as our server. The manager Antoine is also very welcoming and friendly, and treats all his customers with kindness and respect and makes sure everyone is receiving good and proper service.
we had chips and salsa, southwestern eggrolls, molten lava cake, and some margs and a tito’s punch. tito’s punch is now one of my favorites!
as someone who has previously worked at a chilis location as a server and who’s currently one, this is exactly what you want in a restaurant. keep it up! 🙂

Amazing service and food now!
In 2024, this Chilis never had enough servers and the wait to be seated was always crazy.
Now in 2026, this Chili’s is great. The service here is amazing, and the food comes out quickly. Our waiters have also been super nice and knowledgeable.
Chilis food is also very filling and great prices too. The pick 3 for me portion of the menu is where you’ll find the best deals.
This location is pretty spacious for a restaurant downtown, so there are lots of seating options.
If you haven’t visited for a few years, I’d say give this location another try!

I had a really nice server unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was very attentive and the food & drink was great especially with it being my first time ever. I got the old timer with cheese & the flamingo freeze margarita & like I said it was pretty good! Definitely recommend but parking is a little tricky.

Already turnt off . I waited for 30mins to half an hour . Was told by the host it’s a 25 min wait . And I’m waiting for someone to join me.
So I’m still waiting . Two people come in after me they told them it’s a 45 min wait but they get seated right after me .
They told me because it’s busy my person isn’t here so they can’t sit me. I ain’t never hear no shit like this ever in my customer service life .
If im already ahead of someone waiting why would you sit ppl who came in me after me . Makes no literal sense .

Ordered the Alex’s Santa Fe Burger thru door dash.
The burger was COMPLETELY raw and pink in the inside. Unhealthy.

Chili’s Grill & Bar is always one of my favorite casual dining restaurant chain. I stopped by this location and unfortunately they were short of employees. The wait was a little long and I waited about 20 minutes to have a seat. They should hire more people because every customer doesn’t have enough patience for waiting.
I ordered one of their popular deal “3 For Me”. I chose drink, the bowl of original chili soup and cajun shrimp pasta. Everything was so delicious and very good. I ordered again and second time I chose drink, house salad and classic sirloin with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All of them were tasty and very well cooked. The service was good and I knew the waitress did her best. She was the only server in the restaurant and very nice and polite host guy helped her when he got a chance.
The restaurant was very clean including restroom. The atmosphere was ok, no complaints at all. I hope next time when I go back there, they will have enough employees.

This Chili’s location was actually pretty good for my first visit. I was a little skeptical at first, but the management and customer service really stood out. We had a nice time out yesterday. While I wasn’t happy with the quality of the food initially, they fixed the issue right away, which I truly appreciated. Management checked on us personally and made sure everything was handled correctly. The server was very kind and patient, and our food came out extremely fast, within about 5 minutes of ordering, which I’ve honestly never experienced at a restaurant before. Because of how everything was handled, I’d definitely be open to coming back.

The staff were very friendly and the service was pretty fast. It’s close to a lot of hotels and shopping. The food was good and Chili’s prices were good too, so that was a plus. Overall, it was a good experience. Try the wings, mac and cheese, and ribs!
