I had an outstanding experience at Wendy’s, and I can’t say enough good things about the service—especially Jayce. From the moment I walked in, Jayce went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about delivering great customer service.
The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Wendy’s at its best, but Jayce’s attitude and work ethic took the experience to another level. He handled everything smoothly, kept a positive energy, and made the visit feel welcoming rather than rushed.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their job, and Jayce absolutely deserves recognition. Amazing service, great food, and a team member who truly stands out—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

These guys charge for sauces now. I got two burgers, fries, and nuggets and they wanted to charge me for getting more than one sauce. I’m now having a very dry lunch and will never go back. It’s a shame, I used to love Wendy’s. I even got my burgers plain so they made extra profit on my order and still wouldn’t give me an extra sauce or two. They seem to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Boooooo!

This place is getting worse and worse. The food now is old and cold everytime i go here. Can’t even eat half the fries because they are old. Stop cooking ahead if you arent busy. My kids used to love the nuggets and now they just get sad everytime we come here because of how gross and old and cold rhe nuggets and burgers and fries are. 0 stars. Maybe you guys need new management or all new employees not sure. Something needs to change. Oh yeah and they are now charging for sauce. Even tho the place is getting worse.. so most likely new owner or new manager and they just only care about the money. Horrible.

Came in today to have a meal remade from a couple nights ago. I called that night and was told I can come in at any time and give her name and they’ll remake it.
I got in today, told them & ordered more food as well
What ended up happening was absurd
I waited 32 minutes for a sandwich remake and a biggie bag combo. The girl at the register gave my order to someone else, left the unfinished order on the counter for 15 minutes and required it to be remade
Then, after all this I was leaving when I checked the order I had a feeling & was missing the 10 piece nuggets in my order.
On top of that this is how the Jr bacon cheeseburger was prepared. Horrendous
All in all wasted 32 minutes for 2 meals truly unacceptable

While dinning in the restaurant at 1245:pm on May 24 2025 my brother and I observed that the employee’s did not have the appropriate uniform, meaning 2 of the young ladies working did not have proper head wear as far as hair net or hat on while handing customers orders, as well as a Young man whom I would say holds a higher position in the restaurant Manager/ crew leader, did not have a beard net nor mask to keep his facial hair from going into customers food, also I only seen 3 of the employees wearing gloves. It is in my opinion that this resultant location has violated several codes, extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant.

Nice little Wendy’s located near Bass Pro Shop in Northgate. They have a drive through and the interior feels new and hip.
