Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Fantastic food, Fantastic people! Always super friendly! May is the best and always makes sure we have everything we need! The manager Josh makes sure that store is ran effectively and smooth! Got our food in under 5 minutes and was the best burger we have gotten! Definitely a change at this location for the good!

Ordered a Whataburger with just lettuce, tom and pickle. It came with everything on it.
2nd order was boneless wings(that took 20 mins) with ranch. Came with no ranch and cold boneless wings.
3rd order, a Whataburger with cheese and jalapenos with everything on it. Came out with no jalapenos, onion or mustard.
Asked for spicy ketchup, got none.
-Only thing they got right was that I wanted food. Unacceptable. order number: 530638

I stopped for a small sandwich as it was past the noon hour lunch time. There were no small patties, forcing my party of two to buy a regular sized sandwich. Fortunately, they were kind and cut it in half for us. They were also out of Diet Coke and sweet tea. Whoever does the ordering apparently didn’t do a very good job and if it were due to a holiday delivery delay, as I was told, needs to know how to work around major holiday delivery issues.
The restaurant looks older and not well maintained as there was leaking from the ceiling with a bucket under it. Also in a sketchy area.

Waited 26 minutes on 2 plain spicy chicken sandwiches and they still got our orders wrong. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive-thru. 6 staff visible in the kitchen so they weren’t short staffed. I would highly recommend driving to Chickasaw whataburger before coming here.

Slow. Ordered online. Was to be ready at 5. Got there at 5:21, waited after check-in for 5 minutes. Went in and wasn’t ready. See picture for my grilled onions and peppers. What a joke. All that but the food tasted good.

I usually don’t have a problem with this Whataburger. I went and we had wanted to try the new bacon wrangler double. Before i left out the parking lot i check my burgers both were wrong. Went back inside and i see people are still waiting on their orders as well and people are leaving. After a good 45 mins of waiting in the lobby, i get my burger and check it i get home both of the sandwiches is dry my sauce isn’t on one burger. The kids and adults that were working tonight act like they had no clue of what they were doing. So I’m not coming back to this one.
