I come here a lot and have never had an issue. Tonight I ordered a grilled cheese thru the drive thru and got home and it was burnt. We can’t even eat it. Whoever made it should have known better and we waited for over 15 minutes for a meal we can’t eat.

Culver’s is one of our “go to” places, and this one does not disappoint. Whether going inside or through the drive thru, workers are courteous and helpful. My husband is retired military, and they give him a military discount. We’ve had great food and great service. My one disappointment is that they charge extra for dipping sauces and dressings. And not a small charge. Prices have gone up considerably in recent years, and I feel that throwing in a small condiment shouldn’t be an opportunity to nickel and dime a customer who is already shelling out a good sum of money for the family meal. We regularly go as a couple, but don’t hesitate to take our children and grandchildren, which can mean a group of 20+ people.

It’s been quite a few months since we have been here because the last time our experience was horrible and thought we would give it another try what a mistake that was!! Every table I could see was dirty, there was stuff on the floor, our order was wrong, they were out of sweet tea and to top it off this is the only Culvers we have been to that charges 27 cents for a cup for water. I can go to Olive Garden or Longhorns and get one for free. Horrible way of doing business. Almost forgot to mention that this was the thinnest burger I have ever received at this establishment. There are other Culvers in the area and I will choose to go there next time.

Culver’s are usually pretty good but this was a terrible experience. Cold burger. Ordered fries with no salt, they had salt.
Missed one order completely. Finally got that one and it was supposed to be a single w/ no cheese. Got a double with cheese at least that one was warm.
Hamburgers were barely in the bun. Everything was wrong except the drinks.

Culver’s has good food but the people working need more training. I ordered two kids meals and I was under the impression that they came with ice cream but when I went up there to get the ice cream the lady told me the kids meals don’t come with them and charged me for two of them. While I was waiting on our ice cream she left her shift and I asked another person and they confirmed they were free. I said well I just got charged for them and all they said was well sorry. No offer of a coupon or refund or anything. And on top of that they charge for honey mustard sauce.

We chose to dine in tonight. We arrived at 8:00 and the store said it was open until 10. You could see them putting chairs on tops of the tables in the lobby. Upon entering the lobby, the floor was recently just mopped with an excess of water. The whole entire lobby going up to the cashier was wet. I was wearing flip flops and the floor was very, very slippery. There was a lot of workers there at the time but no one at the actual register. The morale and overall friendliness was very low. I did not like to be treated like a problem I get they wanted to start closing and getting stuff done, but at 8? I wouldn’t have minded so much if they were at least friendly however it was a bunch of younger kids that beyond gave you the impression that they didn’t want you eating in the lobby. Gideon really could be a lot friendlier on register. The food was good hot and fresh. For the food this easily would have been 5 stars, however the morale and lack of friendly service brings this review down to a 3. Out of 5 stars- I would rate the friendliness/ attentiveness of the staff I encountered a 1. They were “working” but missing the overall point which is guest satisfaction. We’ve came here a bunch of times and usually it’s great. It seems this place needs more of an adult manager to be present at night.

The food is consistently good and seriously, you can’t beat their frozen desserts. Service was good and professional. We received our good quickly and it was exactly what we wanted. Check them out!
