Hello All, I must share the best experience I have ever had at Popeye’s! I was taking care of some business in Riverdale, and decided to treat myself to Popeye’s as usual on Tara Blvd, and to my surprise my order was taken by Mickey. Her positive attitide along with her sharp memory, she took 2 customers orders at the same time and she didn’t get them WRONG either!
I have been eating at Popeye’s since I was a kid growing up in South Florida, and now I am 58 and because of Mickey, when ever I am in the area I will make it my business to drop in for some of that good ole spicy Popeye’s chicken…The world and food industry need more Mickey’s, She has brighten up my day.

This popeyes was clean and courteous. Gave fast service and fresh chicken. The grease should be changed a little more often. This was a very clean location in spite of the grease changing!☺️I would go here again and I really was pleased with the customer service.

Absolutely horrible service! The wait time was almost an hour for 4 pieces of chicken, a shrimp tackle box, fries and drinks! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so we went inside thinking the process would be faster, but we were sadly mistaken! It seemed as though the manager was the only person who knew how to do her job, therefore she had to do the jobs of the others. The person running the register was totally confused, which was understandable considering he stated it was his first day! The manager stated that they became really busy during shift change, but why would shift change be scheduled around 5:00 PM (Rush Hour) on a week day at that! People were requesting refunds left and right! The manager saw my frustration and offered an apple pie for the wait time so that was a considerate gesture! Today was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last! Hopefully this place works out the kinks and improves QUICKLY!

went through the drive through last night and the ladies were very nice and after waiting for my food i was about to drive away and the one lady waved me down and said oh we forgot your mashed potatoes that was super nice and usually drive-through’s don’t care if they forgot something I was super surprised

I went to this locations drive thru and was told to sit in a spot while my food was prepared. When my food was brought out I noticed it wasn’t any hot sauce, napkins, or utensils in the bag. I went inside and asked the lady at the front named Mickey if they had any hot sauce or honey and she said the truck doesn’t come til tomorrow. I said ok thank you she proceeded to say excuse me what did u say in a smart tone like why are you trying to get smart with somebody who’s asking you a question ? Customer service is TRASH HERE. That’s why so much stuff happens at these fast food restaurants. People don’t know to talk to customers. Atleast inform people at the drive thru if you don’t have something. Don’t get mad because they come in asking questions !

so we got to the restaurant, the guy tell me to pull over and wait for my order ‘ 30+ minutes later I went through the driver thru and I asked for my order status’ he said it’s ready and hand me the drinks and says that they didn’t have the items that I ordered no fries no mashed potatoes no coleslaw no beans just rice even the biscuits and he wait till last minute to tell me that they didn’t have anything that I ordered please treat your customers better’ that’s why you have business because of your customers..
