2 Super nice and friendly Milton, Papa Murphy’s staff last Monday afternoon. Last minute idea after a busy work day and we were exhausted. The staff were so friendly, courteous, got a great deal on Calzone’s and family pizza, all around $20 and absolutely delicious! Checked all of the boxes for an enjoyable dinner.

Received a special offer for my birthday of a large free pizza up to $16. We ordered and the pizza was delicious. It was just under $20 but they took off the entire $16.
We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. The ingredients were fresh, lots of good seasoning and we only had to wait 10 minutes for it to be made even though we ordered through the app while shopping next door.
This location is convenient in the shopping center. It’s very tempting to order more items because they have a great display if take out items like salads and desserts.
The employee was very friendly and gave a generous amount of toppings. The store is very clean and we felt safe in this location.

The Milton Washington papa Murphy’s is always an absolute wonderful experience. Always greeting and I’m usually late on picking up and they’ve always been gracious about it and kind. This time I was an hour late (didn’t expect being that late) but when it starts pouring in Washington the drivers can’t drive.

I got a medium Canadian Bacon and Pineapple Pizza thin crust. Hardly any canadian bacon or pineapple, very poor pizza.. I have gotten good pizzas here before but this one not so good! New person in store I think so I paid for their learning!

So we ordered a pizza and didn’t realize it was made wrong until it was cooked. Pizza was $25 and a medium size.
Went back in and spoke with a “Michelle” (if the correct name was given) and was told they would not replace it. Well do you want back the cooked pizza? I’m confused.
I remember when businesses used to take care of their customers when they would make a mistake (and admit it). I guess those days are in the past. We’ll not be going back to them and instead go to another one a few miles away and highly suggest others do as well. Such terrible business practice and customer service.

Pizza here are always good, staff are so quick to whip pizza! The atmosphere is not the best since it has a very small lobby so one time there’s at least 8-10 of us in the lobby and we all can smell each other. Not very ideal during busy time but over all, I like ordering from this store because it’s convenient from home.

We ordered online and it said pick up within 30 mins. About 45 mins later went to pick up the order and one of the employees said it should be on the already paid for rack, it wasn’t. They asked the name and they said “oh, we haven’t started your order and we are out of cinnamon monkey bread, so you can wait ten minutes and we can make it or you can have garlic bread instead.” I said, ‘okay I guess I’ll wait.’
Ordered a half and half pizza, which didn’t taste bad. The way the cinnamon monkey bread was “thrown” together was awful. Like how is it supposed to look satisfyingly enough to eat?!

They are always very friendly and provide a great pizza! Oddly enough with all the people that come through there, they know our names.
Our standard order is create your own half-and-half, chicken, garlic, and gourmet vegetarian. We add onion mix and black olives to the whole thing and it is the world’s best pizza!!
