Was really disappointed I ordered online and when I got the food, it was cold and the wrong order I called back. They were very nice about it but then I ordered something new instead just to make sure that it would be right. They said that was fine and they again gave me the wrong order so I just was really frustrated, but I will say everybody was very nice about it. Just the food was not up to part and them getting it wrong twice was pretty gnarly.

So after waiting for 20 minutes after order was placed I sent my bf in to see how much longer and this guy said 15-20 due to short staff but then a girl comes in (in the picture) they hug and start grabbing for 10 minutes. Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food which hadn’t been put in the oven till 15 minutes after I sent my bf inside. Then to top it all off I asked for pepperoni on half and as you can see had to pick some off on almost all of the supposed to be just cheese side. Then my food sat for another 2 minutes before they got it to me knowing I was waiting for it. And the quality of the food is just terrible and they didn’t even apologize

I am a former Domino’s manager (25 yrs of employment) It’s very hard to impress me with customer service when I order from a Domino’s. My order was not right from the E. Main St store & it’s been on a consistent basis. No one was answering the phone (during open hrs) when I tried to call & get my food right. I called the Home Rd store and talked to Sarah. Not only did she hear what I had to say, she offered to replace my order from her store. I know this comes out of HER food cost & bonus and not E. Main St where it should be. I am HIGHLY impressed with Sarah and her customer service skills. Every store mgr needs to follow her lead!! Thank you Sarah!! You are a GREAT example of what a good mgr is and your doing an AMAZING job!! Keep it up!!!

Do NOT order from here. They have consistently gotten orders wrong. When asked to correct it, they still got the delivery wrong. When submitting a complaint, customer service apologied and stated they would give us a free $20 gift card to use on our next order, however this was a lie and when we asked about it we were told that never happened. Tonight was the last time we will order from this location because our order appeared to have been spit on… And it was obvious.

When I arrived there was an issue with my order, one of the pizzas had not been made. The manager on duty(I did not get his name; white male with a beard) was very apologetic, took care of my cost and fixed the issue super fast. I definitely appreciate his diligence to his job and will recommend this branch to anyone. Villa road, Springfield Ohio; 1/25/2020 @ 6:05pm.
