I ordered through DoorDash, This location does not add your straws, napkins, or any other condiments you order along with your food ever.. I finally called them to complain and the manager of this location blamed DoorDash that it’s their fault I didn’t get the ketchup, straws, napkins, or buffalo sauce I ordered with my food … she flat out lied to me over the phone that she put that stuff in the bag!!! that’s funny because the bag came to me sealed taped shut by your location, but none of that stuff was there….hmmm sounds like you’re a liar!! Not trying to be a Karen about a stupid situation like this, but you need to take responsibility for your shitty service… Had I come into the store or through the drive-through you would’ve made sure all that stuff was in there but because it through DoorDash, you didn’t care because when people complain, they do it through the DoorDash app and it doesn’t ruin your location’s reputation… well I go straight to the source!!

Seems like the employees don’t want the customer around, you have to almost yell to even get them to acknowledge you. My food was like half prepared, it came out with the egg still lose and the cheese was not even melted. They put hot water in 30 cents of oats and charge you 5 dollars for it. The only good thing here is the play place for kids.

I went to drive thru at 5pm on Nov 1st just to get 2 ice cream cones and one large frappe. They gave me a small frappe and when I told them it was wrong they sent to to park and left me here for more that 10 mins. More than 3 cars passed drive thru before they gave me a frappe!!!!
Does it really take that long? Now I’m thinking they were just doing it on purpose! I went inside to ask and sure enough they had forgotten about my frappe! After waiting for 15 mins outside. It’s ridiculous!
