Brooke did a fantastic job of taking care of us for lunch! She was quick, attentive and super friendly.
We met for lunch after golf and this is always a decent place to eat. The food was cooked correctly and everyone enjoyed their meals. The rolls of course are always a big treat!

Melisa had the BEST customer service I ordered the Mahi-mahi which was hot, my rice and baked potato was not room temperature, it was cold!!!! My cheese didn’t melt in the cold potato. I put ketchup on the fish because it was very dry. Melissa gets my five stars, it was my first time there Thanks Melisa H

Rarely go wrong with the salmon!! The egg appetizer is always a hit too. And of course pecan pie warmed with vanilla or cream. Typically service is good. Tend to get better service in the bar area for whatever reason. I have been here where my experience was not great (steak wasn’t good, or is overcooked, bad lettuce in the salad, manager was the one that brought it out brown, long waits for service when not busy) however, MOST of the time everything is fine and I will keep going back but just stick to bar area and food I can rely on. That salad issue was a one off thing though.

I got to say O’Charley’s was fantastic! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. My wife’s ribs was a little on the dry side. I had the salmon with my steak and the salmon was terrific.

We have been coming to this location on a semi regular basis for years. The last two times the food has been terrible. Today, we were served rolls that were very flat and not soft. That wasn’t a deal breaker in itself, but they also tasted awful.
We both had a sirloin, and they didn’t seem to be seasoned at all. One of them tasted like it might have been microwaved, which happened last time when my steak was undercooked.
I also got a pork chop with my combo. The ones I got in the past were lightly breaded. This one was completely bare. No seasoning or anything. It tasted like if I got a pork chop from the grocery store and cooked it on a flat griddle, and looked like it, too.
We had no complaints about the service, but with two bad food experiences in a row, we will have to wait until we are in Carrollton if we want to eat at O’Charley’s.

Hubby brung me here for lunch but was really dinner…
Food was good and tasty. The drinks were delicious and made to perfection…
But, we stood at the door for awhile, I walked in just to see where’s the host and it was totally empty the only tables where at the bar area.
The hostess was in the kitchen chit-chating. I’ve been a chef for over 35yrs. and to witness the staff not Watching the door!!! No Ma’am.

Our first time to this location, and it became an instant favorite! Our waiter Derek and manager Brian took excellent care of us and everyone else in the section. The new menu brought some delicious changes and daily specials, and the interior remodel brings class to a casual setting. We will be back!

Thet served raw steaks twice in a row though the second time was cooked by the manager there. The manager still claimed the steak was median rare but from the picture you can see the center of the steak was still raw bc the meat was still shiny red.. They also served us cold pastas and corn so we asked them to reheat the food. However, they brought back the same plates without doing anything. The cooks and the waiter there just didn’t concern their customers’ health. When you serve a raw steak at the first time, you should change out the whole plate and the silverware that the customer used to cut the steak. I think this is common sense. The first time we told them the steak was raw they reheated the steak but didn’t change the sides though the waiter told us that they will change the whole plate. The second time, we got the steak, we need to tell the manager to change the silverware bc we just used that to cut a raw steak. If we don’t tell her, she just let us to use the same silverware…. though they got the pastas n corn right second time, I don’t feel appreciative at all bc McDonald’s can also easily meet these standards — Serving hot and cooked food.
