Loved the food here. The sirloin tips were so soft and had a sweet marinade. Only complaint is the “2 scrambled eggs” were too small. I probably would get 5 eggs next time. The Huevos Rancheros was great. Solid meal. Pancakes tasty as always. Our waiter Ellis was so kind and attentive. Love the Halloween decorations!

I ordered a last minute catering order to feed 20 people at 5PM, March 3rd, to be ready for pickup at 7am, March 4th. The General Manager, Anthony Bernard, had my order ready by 745AM. The food was piping hot and delicious. It was packed so good, it stayed hot as I commuted to work in DC. Thank you for outstanding service and quality food. My office enjoyed every bite. We will definitely do this again in the near future!

Had a very disappointing experience. Our waiter was not attentive at all. All of our food was brought cold. He forgot part of our order (later claimed it was the kitchen who did but he didn’t even bother to check, it was only because we brought it up that he realized it). He was careless and so were his managers, since the restaurant only had 3 tables and the rest of the waiters were on their phones. For a $50 breakfast I expected better service and hot food. By the way, did the poblano omelette recipe changed? They didn’t put the cream sauce just brought sour cream and tomato sauce but both our omelettes were very dry. We won’t be coming back.

I had such a great experience at IHOP with my family thanks to our amazing server, Gigi! The food was absolutely delicious and came out fresh and hot. The pancakes were fluffy, soft, and perfectly golden. The eggs were cooked exactly as ordered, the bacon was crispy, and the hash browns were perfectly seasoned with that ideal crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside texture. Everything tasted amazing! The food was great, but what really made the visit stand out was Gigi’s customer service. She was friendly, professional, and handled a busy shift with total grace. If you’re dining at IHOP, I hope you get Gigi as your server. she absolutely made our day better. We’ll definitely be back!

President’s Day 2026. My wife and I are on the road and decided to stop at IHOP. Friendly staff good food and clean. Our breakfast experience was greatly enhanced by our server Britney. She was courteous, professional and lively. Just breakfast turned into a grand rising morning thanks to Britney!

I am highly disappointed in my visit at ihop tonight. Some lady was so rude as we were walking in and just had no customer service training. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated which I didn’t mind, but they made us wait 30 minutes for 1 star food. Then at the end they messed up the payments and didn’t even know who paid for what. Not only did they not know who paid for what, they
didn’t even know how to use the pos system in general. They asked me how my visit went in the end, and as I was explaining the fault in their customer service, I was rudely interrupted and was told “it already happened, just leave.” I am so upset and just had a terrible night here

Overall, my server ANA was really good! Great listener, order came out correct with no issues! Sometimes that’s all you can hope for with a bigger party. She was pleasant and very kind. thanks ANA . The food was ehhhh.. so when you order an omelet you definitely need to specify please only use 2 eggs.. less egg I feel you get more of the fillings.. my omelet had way too much egg.. pancakes were perfect! French toast was perfect. Coffee was good. My water had something floating in it tho…loved the way the manager kept everything in order it was very busy.

This is our goto weekend spot for meeting friends and family. Always greeted with a smile from Anthony the manager and all of the other staff. Sonia is generally our waitress and she’s always attentive and honestly one of the best waitresses you will find. Food is usually pretty consistent too
