I order rare burgers everytime ive come here but this one was straight up raw, a mountain of onion and pickle, fell to shreds after the 1st bite, no flavor, and the fries were seasoned to death, kinda knew I was gonna have a bad experience too when the hostess helped the people in front of us with a smile but when she was seating us she had an annoyed look on her face. Our server was great though.

I can tell you very delicious and consistent quality. They try and I give credit to the staff but also the leadership. The service is impeccable because they are courteous, polite, friendly. It is a definite go to for delicious food. I take my reviews very serious Emma was very good and her trainer was excellent. This place is clean, they are quick and definitely deserves 10 stars. Excellent.

Be careful at this location. My wife and I love Longhorns, and have eaten at multiple locations while traveling. We have always had a great time, and enjoyed great service. Tonight was different. We both ordered a 9 oz filet, and what was brought out was obviously not filet. It looked like a sirloin that had been cut in half, with me getting one part, and my wife the other. The waitress was nice, while staying defensive enough to not bother with trying to get my point across. When our bill came we were double charged on my wife’s margherita. The whole thing felt like we were being scammed. Hate it, but this definitely ruined our night, and our feelings towards this restaurant chain.

Switched to Texas Roadhouse a few years ago when one opened up nearby. Will unfortunately not be back here for a while. Ordered a 12 ounce ribeye for myself and wife. No appetizer, no extras and price was still $70+. Service was good. Ribeyes were poorly trimmed and tasted like they had just been rolled in pepper. If Longhorn’s wishes to stay in the game they need to do better than this.

First time we had ever been to Longhorn steakhouse and we won’t be back. I ordered a ribeye that was super thin and not a great cut of steak at all. The Manager didn’t do anything for us. Other dish, the salmon, not great flavor. Our waitress was awesome and hated to write this review, however the food just not great at all for value. Atmosphere fair, running on small TV’S reruns of ball games. Compared to Miller’s, Texas Roadhouse or Applebee’s, no where near their arena. Again waitress was awesome, however, the food no way we’d go back due to quality of food for the price.

10 out of 10 for the manager Nancy!! She went above and beyond to help me figure out ingredients and gluten free menu items for my daughter. I know they were busy and she still was as nice, helpful, and thorough as if it we were the only ones. Made our night, I will drive out to this location going forward. Give her a raise and a promotion.. she understands service!

food was great, service absolutely terrible. Everyone there seem miserable. Not welcoming at all. After we got sat there was an elderly couple behind us waiting to get seated, the host ignored them twice to the point they ended up leaving. Management definitely needs to do better. Will not be back at this location.

I received a gift card for Christmas! I treated myself and my 3 kids to LongHorn! It was a Sunday. The wait wasn’t long but were seated near the bar at a tall table. I accepted not thinking about me being the shortest person in our party. My feet dangled because I wasn’t tall enough! Our lovely server was Blessing! She was excellent and made our experience very special and memorable! Thank you Blessing!
