We had a great evening with the team and enjoyed the seating around the grill table.
The chef’s entertainment was topped only by the super delicious food. There was steak, scallops, swordfish, shrimp, and basically any vegetable your heart desires.
Wasabi is a top spot here in Akron, and we’ll be back as soon as we can.

1st time at this particular Wasabi. Had about a 15 min wait because I was a party of 2. Did not think that was bad at all. Our waitress was amazing and on point, by taking dirty dishes and refills on our drinks. I ordered 2 sushi rolls. A Tuna and a Salmon. Both were fresh and delicious. My son and I both ordered the Shogun steak. Both meals were delicious, and the portions were big enough to need a box. The chef put on a decent show. There was a cholds b
irthday at the table, and they brought out ice cream for my son even though we were not part of their celebration. The only thing I did not like was I felt cramped in at the table because of how it is enclosed. My son and I had a great dinner, and we would definitely come back !

Wife and I made 7pm reservation for “non – habachi” side. They sat about 5 groups before us because Wasabi runs its business off of LARGE groups, but requesting the non-habachi side if you are on a date will get you seated quicker. The food was very good. We had the tuna tar tar app, the seafood tempura, and you can order a habashi dish on the non-habachi side; which my wife did and enjoyed it!

Must visit place to experience Hibachi menu, the presentation, ambience, taste and service is impeccable! This was my first time visiting and the chef was funny, had attention to detail and made sure we had a great time. Portion size is really good- they serve salad, soup and big portion of main course. Would love to come back again

Excellent place for a special date or other meals for Japanese cuisine. I definitely recommend branching out and trying some of their more exotic sashimi. They had octopus available when we went and it was really good!

We had the best time. A group of 7 of us went for my daughters 21st bday. Laughed so hard. Was a bit of a wait to get sat with an 8 o’clock reservation. Had to wait for the whole party to arrive. Was sat by 845. Chef was amazing. Very comfortable talking to us and engaging with the table.

Really nice hibachi place. Everything was delicious. My wife had to salmon. I had to steak, shrimp, and chicken combo, and there were plenty leftovers for the next day.
Obviously when you do for dinners you get to expensive but it was a birthday dinner but well worth the atmosphere and the experience from my 10-year-old daughter, she loved it!

First time here and had hibachi. Large portions, good assortment on menu, fun atmosphere especially for birthday celebrations. Nice water display with Koi, very dark inside the restaurant. Each chef has their own talent. We saw one juggling eggs, another had a small boom box. Seating space is tight around hibachi.

Our server Ivy was fantastic! My partner and I came in on a Wednesday night because I wanted Japanese food for my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful, and the ambiance was perfect. Ivy recommended a sushi roll and it was my favorite part of the meal!
