If I could give it 0 stars I would. Lady at the drive thru was not happy to be at work and chose to take it out on me. She wasting y’all’s products to be petty. There was more sauce than bread and fake chicken patty. Then I call the manager and he’s more concerned as to who was wearing a hat or not. If they’re around food, shouldn’t they all be wearing hats to keep their hair out of the food. Not once did he apologize for his employee or offer to correct it. So I reached to the number provided at the window. Also was very short and seemed like she didn’t care. Pls don’t waste your time with this church’s. Let them close down and see where all these bitter employees go. Maybe they’ll finally be able to get a job where they actually like to be at. They treat you as if it’s your fault they’re there..

Just orded food from here, now usually when i get food here, whether I am dining in or going through the drive thru my food is fresh and customer service has been decent. Tonight marks a whole new attitude I have towards this location. I ordred the Surf n Turf Box Menu, and wanted tenders. Lady rushed me through where you ordered and had me come to the window, and I sat there for a few mins, nothing unusual, nopw keep in mind when I got there only one person was inside eating, no one in front of me, and no one behind me. But whole time I am sitting there this lady is moving around what appears to be doing her job, but pausing every so often because she was on the phone. Entire time I am sitting there she is on this phone. At this time I am not thinking anything about it, I have no idea who she is on phone with. She opens the window to charge me, and I asked her about my drink, cause she never asked what I wanted to drink, no surprise she seemed irritated I wanted a drink. gave her my card, got my drink and headed home. I get home and noticed one, I dont have shrimp and tenders, I have shrimp and chicken on a bone, sorry I dont really care for chicken on the bone. So I proceeded to call, I called 5 times, and let it rang before it disconnects me on its own. She has all this time to be on the phone, but cant answer the phone? At this time Im already frustrated, so I decided to start eating the chicken I have, this chicken wasnt even fresh, it was cold, old tasting, I tasted more the cold grease from the fryer than I did the batter or the chicken itself. I am not happy, and I will not return to this establishment for serving poor food, not claryfying with me about what I want, not even asking, nor giving me the time to state what I want, furthermore, no customer service!

Not sure why this spot gets so many bad reviews I think it’s awesome! It’s just fast food, nothing fancy, but I’ve never had a bad experience. The chicken’s always fresh and crispy, the drive-thru staff are super friendly, and they really go the extra mile to get your order right and pack it up thoughtfully.

Truthfully at a loss of words. The service was rude; food tasted to be reheated and gravy looked like fogged boiling water. Definitely not returning, but many prayers for growth and guidance over what may be troubling them.

Awful experience. Won’t go back. Had to wait 20 minutes as they had run out. Ask them to give me everything fresh since we had to wait. After 20 minutes, we got the order and when we got home, we found the fries were cold and hard. They give us old chicken, several pieces had heat lamp burns and meat was hard. Heat lamp burns indicate it had been sitting there for a long time. Out of the eight pieces, only two drumsticks were fresh. Even the coke drink tasted bad. This kids need training. Fire the manager, assistant mgr. and Dist.mgr. No wonder your place in the market is going down.

Great food, I give you credit for this. The service is pretty bad, pretty bad. The facility is poor as well, old building but the issue is they don’t keep it up. Back to the service, if you are going to talk about your DT guest, don’t say it in front of customers. We do hear all you say, poor guy would have probably done something that we don’t want to see. Place was filthy, no tables cleaned or maintained. GM looks like she was having a long day, the employee though probably does not belong servicing guest. Poor attitude. The price I paid for my sides was not worth what I got. Mac and cheese was poor, the mash and gravy was good.

If you order from this location, make sure that you check your order before leaving. They have left off our biscuits multiple times to where we had to go back and then they want to argue the fact that they left them off. Horrible customer service horrible food. I would not suggest going to this location. If you do not have to the manager was extremely rude.

Over-fried tiny pieces of chicken. Wouldn’t hurt to change out the oil every once in a while. Gave 5 of us really bad stomach aches immediately after eating. Walked in and the entire restaurant was smokey. Employees weren’t rude, just no “hello” “thank you, have a nice day” nothing.
