I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Denny’s, and it was all thanks to Lydia! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and checked in at just the right times.
Lydia went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do, and her friendly, professional service truly made our visit special.

Food served in broken dishes. Our server, Tanya, had 0 customer service skills. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I ordered food for my son. She acted like we were inconveniencing her when we ordered. Never got a refill on drinks. We saw her once when we ordered and once when she brought us our food. Spent $90 on mediocre food and even worse service. Do yourselves a favor and never eat here.

I came here for lunch with my husband and cousin and we had great food and service! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was awesome. And all of us were very happy with our orders- Super Bird, Brisket Sandwich and House Salad with breaded chicken. The manager even checked on us to make sure we were happy with the service. I was not expecting such attention to be honest. I had visited Sedona the day before and ate at a pricey restaurant and the service was subpar. The staff here could teach those people a thing or two about how to run a restaurant.

Honestly I’ve been here a total of three (3) times, all very far apart and all three (3) times have been pretty bad. The food is mediocre and often times barely warm, the service is okay sometimes but is often just nonexistent, I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant time at this location and I would rather drive to the Denny’s off Grand. The one time I ordered delivery from them instead of eating in, I got my food packed in the worst way possible and I felt scammed in a way because delivery is already expensive on top of the food itself. It’s not worth it to come to this location or order delivery.

Best service I have ever had ! My waitress name was Margaret I believe… very nice waitress always making sure I had what I needed and that my food came out just like I asked … bacon extra crispy and don’t get me started on how great her idea was to add cheese and caramelized onion to my hash browns sooo good ! … will definitely come back when Margaret is working… thank you Margaret for your great service!

Lydia was amazing! We always have an amazing experience. Food came out hot and delicious. Coffee always tastes the best out of their mugs. My go to order is the $8 burrito and a side of their seasonal pancakes. So far the new Banana Caramel pancakes are my new favorite.

Waitress was great and efficient, however food was generally cold. Concealed fat on the plate according to wife. No staff wanted to answer for mistakes and poor food. Told is to write a review on Yelp. Who says that unless they know they suck.

Came for Christmas tonight with my family, wait time was about 15 mins or so but was expecting it. They sat us and our waitress that was in the white knitted sweater with a slick bun was quick and efficient. She was MOVING! You go girl! Food came out piping hot and delicious, kids were having a good time. Kept our drinks full. Definitely our first time here and won’t be our last. Thank you for ending our night on a high note!

The food is usually good when you dine in. Order take out, and you’ll be sorry. Items are always missing, food is soggy, cold, burnt. Every time. This morning I ordered the salted banana cream pancakes slam for pickup. Bacon burnt. Hashbrowns burnt. No cream for the pancakes. Bananas look almost rotten.
