I ordered a large chicken tortilla soup through drive thru but as I was driving away I noticed the lady did not seal the container properly and it spilled all over my car and my clothes. My finger got burnt as i tried to save the container from completely spilling over. I’ve never had this problem before as they would usually seal their containers properly. The soup was in a cylinder plastic container but not wrapped with any other plastic bag. Just a small paper for a soup order.

I was on my way to a diner down the street when I spotted Bravos. Boy am I glad I turned around and chose to dine here instead. Best French toasts Ive had in years. The portions are definitely generous when you get a combo. I can see why its called “Bravos” 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Feels like one or more of the ingredients is just microwaved because the burrito is cold in some areas and really hot in the center?
Ham is old/undercooked/microwaved, I think they may have forgot the sausage so microwaved it whole and just tossed it in without chopping it up.
Why is some of the tortilla ice cold?
Don’t let them sell you junk.

We had to order takeout because of the Pandemic so I was not able to experience their service but the food is amazing! Big portions, fresh food that tastes delicious with good presentation. Their salads are awesome! This diner is right off the 215 fwy at Eucalyptus exit and has a drive thru service which is very convenient. Breakfast served all day! Definitely recommend Bravos.

For 90+ dollars I expected it to be better. The cheese on the burger and kids grilled cheese wasn’t even melted. Looked and tasted gross. The fries were soggy. Seems like the food was rushed and not fully cooked. Very disappointed. Will not be back 🙁

Horrible, waste of money, never coming back. Ordered a ground beef taco and the red cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Took 2 bites of the the enchilada and tasted like Las Palmas enchiladas can sauce . Rice and beans no flavor. Shockingly the ground beef taco had flavor however not a fan romaine lettuce on my taco. The taco wasn’t worth $5 something though! . Finished the taco and threw the rest of my food in the trash and left. They shouldn’t even offer a Mexican menu with food tasting like that and I’m Mexican so I know what Mexican food tastes like!

Dined in and decided to have chorizo and eggs. It came with beans, a pepper, tortillas and hash browns. Well enough to fill me but I had to add on a slice of French toast. Completed my meal with orange juice. The atmosphere is cool. You’ll have to pick up your own silverware and coffe accompaniments. The best Part has to be the price cause you get so much of so little. Nice to see people care about others.

Customer Service A++++… prices are reasonable, and food is good.
I’ve been going here for years, and their employees are always super nice and helpful… I’m kinda critical when it comes to customer service because it’s really not that hard to be respectful, helpful, or kind! But, no one seems to care anymore, unless you’re a Bravos employee. They are always very friendly.
I don’t know what the owner does to get such great employees, but please don’t change what your doing, its a rare commodity now days!
