Have not been to this lo cal in a while. Used to frequent 2 times a week.
Week asked for a booth and the host was a little reluctant to give it to us, but Serena the waitress was very accommodating and told us it would be no problem.
We got burgers and pretzels!!!
Everything was yummy and staff was very friendly.

Went here today around noon to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and I asked our waiter if she could sing happy birthday for her and they totally did! She even got more people from the staff to join and I thought it was awesome, that she went the extra mile. The food was super good too especially the French fries

Let me preface this by saying Red Robin is a favorite in our house. We frequent this location at least once a week. We (3 adults) went in for dinner on Friday night and quickly regretted it. To start we ordered 2 waters, one Dr Pepper and 3 alcoholic drinks. Our first issue was that we only received one water and the pear margarita was not brought out inside it was a spicy mango margarita which isn’t what we ordered and to top it off a spiked lemonade that was ordered came out with zero alcohol in it. Then when it came to the appetizer we ordered the triple platter (onion rings, pretzels bites and fried pickles) and an order of jalapeño coins. When the platter came out instead of fried pickles we got fried zucchini. And it took 30 mins for them to bring the right fried pickles. At this point we were realizing it was just an out night for them. We placed our order for our meal. Which was one hot honey pepperoni pizza and a mad love burger with no tomato, no avocado and well done with a side of sweet potato fries. The waitress let us know there was no hot honey left so we asked for bbq to be drizzled on top. When the pizza came out of was missing the bbq. And when the burger came out it was pink as it could be and the fries were regular not sweet potato fries. The waitress took the burger back and brought out a new one, but this was was covered in avocado and tomato. Again she took it back and brought out a new one. This one was well done but covered in tomato. At this point we just accept it wasn’t going to get better than this and plus fries still were wrong. Just to recap. We ordered 6 drinks, only received 5 and 2 were wrong. We ordered 4 appetizers (3 were the platter) and 2 were wrong. We ordered 2 meals and both were wrong. And then to top it off when we got the bill we were still charged for the platter and the fried pickles separately even though the mistake was on their end for bringing the wrong appetizers. And we were charged for the regular fries and sweet potato fries even though we never ordered the regular ones. It was an overwhelmingly disappointing dinner. At the end of the night all we could do was chop it up to a one off bad night for them.

Absolutely the best place for date night! My Wife and I had a great time and will definitely be going back soon. The food was amazing and the drinks were not watered down. Service was great and very professional. The atmosphere was great everyone was having a great time good vibes all around. Great prices a lot cheaper than I expected.

We had to change to this location due to Spring training causing a problem at the other locations we usually go to. There was no wait at this one.
Service was great. They got us right in with a big party. Our waitress was pretty quick and patient. We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday.
Food was good. My stepmom had to send her fish back because it was super salty. My burger was really salty on one side.

I’ve been to a bunch of different Red Robins in several states. This is by far the best Blu Ribbon burger I’ve ever received. Everyone was friendly and checked back often – but not too much that it was over done. Will be back soon for sure.

I enjoyed the restaurant itself and the server was wonderful (TJ), but the food was just so so. I ordered a blta on a croissant and the croissant was kind of dry. It actually didn’t have any flavor at all and my sweet potato fries were also cold. The dill pickle chips we’re fantastic however and we ate all of those.

Met a friend here and it’s so loud. Their little birthday chant is mind-numbing. The food is good… I had a bacon and blue burger and it came very nice. Exactly how I ordered it. Wait time was kind of long for the time of day we went but once we were seated our waitress was very pleasant

I absolutely loved our server whose name was Kaitlin, but goes by Katie. she is the true definition of what a server should be and had the upmost patience, respect, and showed nothing but kindness as she was waiting our table. her service reminded me of what customer service looks like 10 years ago. thank you so much for making our experience at red Robin a pleasurable time.
