I have traveled to every state except Alaska and Hawaii, and I can say that this is the most delicious and fresh borscht in America. Even in the best restaurants in Manhattan, you won’t find food this delicious.
The pelmeni and pirozhki are top-notch, everything is really delicious!
I highly recommend every truck driver to stop by and eat here.

Nice roadside café with traditional food. The Siberian borscht was tasty and hearty, and the chebureki were hot and crunchy. Service was quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A good place to stop for a proper meal during a long drive.

Awesome food truck! Very good prices and the food was delicious! I hit this food truck on my way through Big Timber on my way to Cody. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of food I got for the money! The food was simple, but you could definitely see (and taste) the Siberian influence and, of course, it was extremely delicious! I will definitely be seeking this place out anytime I am hungry and going through Big Timber!

I tried the borscht and the cheburek, and both were absolutely delicious! The borscht had just the right touch of spiciness, and when combined with sour cream, it was exactly how I like it—comforting and full of flavor. For the cheburek, I asked if it could be fried with less oil since I’m sensitive to greasy food, and they nailed it! It came out perfectly crispy, not oily at all, and packed with taste. Thank you for the great food and for accommodating my request—I’ll definitely be back!

Finding Russian cuisine in Montana is like finding water in the desert. Probably the most delicious Russian food in America. Borscht like at home, pelmeni are just the bomb

Absolutely delicious food, so very fresh! We had borscht soup and meat & cheese pirozki and brat in a blanket – all so good that we took more to go.
As truck drivers we got to try different food all over the states and I’m pleased to say that Taste of Siberia has amazingly tasty food, I highly recommend it, already shared with friends and will stop by every time we’re in the area!
And the owner Lena is very caring, friendly and sweet lady!
Great pleasure to meet you, Lena! Thank you very much!

“I recently had the pleasure of trying some delicious food, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The dumplings “originally name buzza” were tender, perfectly steamed, and packed with a savory filling that melted in your mouth. Paired with a slice of fresh bread, the flavors were comforting and hearty. As for the meat-filled pastry, it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with every bite bursting with rich, meaty goodness. These dishes were not just food, they were a warm, satisfying experience that I would happily enjoy again!”

THIS IS IT! Don’t miss your opportunity to stop by and get the most authentic tasting Russian food. The quality of ingredients and freshness is 10/10. Makes you question why you haven’t tried this place sooner! Don’t bother ordering just one thing off the menu, you gotta get some for later when you’re craving more.
