Took the kids here right after Sigler Park splash pad. McDonald’s is bringing back the play place and it’s the first one I’ve seen. This one is indoor. Not much seating in this area and families tend to stay long.

The employee, Adriana, here is awesome.
She is very kind, helpful, and has a bit of humor, too. This place is one of the best McDonald I have visited so far in recent years. The food and coffee were great also.

I had a breakfast this morning first time here, the service is very good ,ladies on the front are very friendly and kind they even sing merry Christmas for some of the customers

This location continues to have issues with their “system”. 2nd occurrence within a few weeks. This location is 24 hours, I went early morning, about the time they switch over to breakfast. Approx 4am. Told at the drive-thru that their system is down.
Told cash only, cant use points accrued through the app. Or order any special pricing items from the app.
This appears to be because they are switching over to breakfast and are using that time to get breakfast items ready.
I didn’t have enough cash, couldn’t use my points, and, I wanted to get a coffee (reduced pricing through the app), but couldn’t due to the system being down.
They need to come up with a better method.

Check the McDonalds app and it showed that store is open for Christmas’s morning so went ahead and placed an order. Showed up and there are a lot of cars and ppl waiting outside with their mobile orders but the store is CLOSED. The app finished the transaction, took the money and ppl r now stuck outside without their foods. There are no way to dispute the order on the app either. Guess I just have to call my bank and file a chargeback

Foods okay average McDonald’s. Service it’s great to excellent the personnel works very diligently to get food out, their own it all the time. They literally mopped the outside sidewalks next to the building.

Unfortunately, the fact that this McDonald’s nickels and dimes you for additional condiments is ridiculous. But they don’t all seem to be on the same page as the majority of the managers are very customer friendly, but there’s some managers that don’t provide good customer service.
