I really want to love this place. Staff is always friendly and kind and the atmosphere is fantastic. I am also very happy with the grocery items I’ve purchased over the years from their little store. My only complaint is that the quality and consistency of the cafe food/ drinks are always changing. My club sandwich had a fourth of a strip of bacon on one half and the lemonade was sickeningly sweet. A week ago I ordered the same thing and everything was great, good amount of bacon and delicious lemonade. I stopped ordering coffee here several months ago because every time my identical order of caramel macchiato was different and often very watered down and lukewarm.

This place was absolutely gorgeous for 1, 2 the staff there are so kind and helpful! Intending on just getting a sandwich, I ended up getting a handful of things to try but Rachel, was the person who helped me and couldn’t help but to sell my on the must tries! Got home and tried this meat and cheese spread she stated they won an award from and I can 100% see why! It’s delicious!!!! The bathroom was super cute too! We go through hondo every other weekend and we’re actually looking forward to go back to try other meat options!!! They also have a kids corner and very nice seating area! Highly recommend and ask for Rachel when you’re there she’ll literally answer all questions and give suggestions on meats!

This place is so neat. They have the BEST coffee!! Better than any Starbucks I’ve ever had..a little pricy on their items but that’s understandable for a small business like this. I love that they have a high table and seats as well. And to top it off they have the old frosty sodas! Will definitely be a regular. I just wish they were open during the night since I work nights haha. I look forward to trying a sandwich next time

5 stars. My kind of coffee shop! …but much more. Right at highway 90 and 173 in Hondo. Check out the pics, so much here! Chai Latte is my go-to drink these days and they make a good one. Friendly staff. Spacious seating, and best of all, couches to relax while working on my laptop. The hippie bar is gluten free and so good. Highly recommend this place.

Today was my first time to visit y’all. I chose Hondo for the eclipse today. Two hour drive. Then, I searched for coffee on google maps. I like coffee… a lot. My work and hunt’n trips have had me all over the State of Texas a multitude of times. I’ve been to a whole lot of coffee shops in Texas. In my opinion, Y’all have some of the best coffee in Texas.
And, to see the variety (a little bit fish’n stuff, processing, meats, candles, snacks, food, etc.)… all in one place, amazing.

Today we visited at 9:37 a.m. hoping to try their sandwiches, only to be told they don’t start serving them until 10:00. While we understand businesses have schedules, the shop was already open, and a little flexibility would have gone a long way. We came ready to try and support the business, but with that kind of service, we won’t be returning.

This is my favorite coffee stop when traveling through – they have all the barista options. We go at least once a month for the best Rueben sandwich ever!!! Hubby and I usually order it with double meet and we split one! Lots of baked goods to choose from. And a little grocery store with farm fresh items (beef products, eggs, dry pantry goods, etc.). Lots of nice gift items too (soaps, goodie baskets, etc.). Many times there has been a table of men doing Bible study and they look like it’s a regular thing, so very welcoming for that. They even have a private room for big groups. The bathroom is always clean and you’ll get a nice little surprise when you walk in.♥️

I love this place! We stop enroute to our hometown and get the parisa. If you’ve never had parisa, you’re in for a treat. There are several places along Hwy 90 that sell it, but Silver Creek is our absolute favorite! Everything is made in-house and I appreciate that they vacuum seal and label the beef jerky packages, as we mail them to our son. The service is great and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Have purchased parisa here several times now. My favorite is the ghost chili. If you love spicy foods you should give it a try. My only complaint would be that the cheese and spiciness very from batch to batch. My most recent visit was spicier, my previous visit had lots more cheese than usual.
The store is great, tons of selection, lots of exotic meats, prices are pretty good. Even the soda section at the front has some of my favorites like the Durango Zuberfizz.
Staff is frieny always willing to help or answer questions. Have tried a few items so far, but stop in every time I pass by to grab some Parisa and see what else they have.
