Second time here and yet again not impressed. I check in with a 10-15min wait, (no biggie). After about 25min pass I figure we should go in maybe they forgot about us. We wait for the hostess/seat lady to come to the stand, and we ask how much longer. She didn’t forget about us.. she didn’t even put us IN. Then proceeded to say it was someone else who must’ve did it. Which I know it was her I was the one to give her the name and phone number… Then I asked how long is the wait, wich she then said 15 minutes or there’s seats at the bar. I kindly explained that we already checked in, can you look us up by phone number? In which I gave it to her she said there is nothing here. I said can we be seated please we already waited the time. She ended up giving us a table. We sit down and after about ten minutes again we finally get a drink order placed, 1 water a margarita and a high noon, we placed our food order in right away (who knows how long the wait would be.. currently sitting here for now 30 minutes and no food)… to top it off it’s the middle of winter and there was a fly on the table. Definitely don’t recommend, especially for the price and the service.
Before I finished submitting the review.. our food comes I kid you not the waiter gives me my pasta dish and the person I was with ordered a big smash burger. The waiter sets it down and states “here’s your… I don’t know the name of this burger but here ya go” are we kidding? At this point not even surprised…

They have a deal of 2 courses + drink for $16.99 (mine), and other options of other amounts that were even lower. I got the Sirloin steak with fries and rice and it was delicious. My friend got a huge hamburger that was around $15.99, I believe. My other friend ordered the shrimp pasta without the Cajun sauce and they accommodated to her request. Serve was very friendly. They seat a table of 6 people right away, not much wait. Great experience.

The quality of the food has gone wayyyy downhill. I would like to know where is the rest of my fish? For $26 I was expecting a proper portion. It smelled very fishy and was too hard to eat. My child’s kids burger was burnt. She took a bite and spit it out. Both of them. Please do better.

First time going not the last.get 3 for 1 deal 10.99 base price. Nachos and salsa basic but savory appetizer free refills. Free refills on fountain drinks. Bacon burger well done loaded with bacon and scrumptious fries. I went in full not even hungry and left stuffed teased by presentation. Booths were a 20 min wait at night but table tops were open instantly. Staff was attentive.

My experience was so great because of Jasmine. She’s an incredible server, absolutely lovely and so kind. Such a kind soul, she made chilis feel like a fine dining experience. Will 100% come back again soon.

Yesterday our waitress was incredible and so friendly. Our interactions with HER were 5/5 stars. But the food is cheap and gross. The kitchen wouldn’t let me order a grilled cheese so I didn’t get to have an actual meal. I honestly only came for the Wicked margaritas but the kitchen didn’t even give us margarita glasses or the fun little decals 🙁 very disappointing experience

Im very used to feeling rushed and like the waiters dont care at all most of the time at restraunts in the area but I came to Chilis and had Basil as a waiter and he was the best waiter I’ve had, confidently the best waiter I’ve had anywhere in the past 5 years. When we came in the parking lot was super full but we still got seated quickly and our food and drinks came out fast too. Food was good, any chain restaurant food is average tasting but I feel like chilis maintains quality while other chains are going downhill so fast ️

I visited Chili’s in West Springfield today, and it was great! My waitress, Nikki, was awesome super friendly and really helpful. I had the strawberry lemonade, which was super refreshing, and the Cajun pasta was delicious. I also got a house salad and chili with chips for free because I’m a rewards member! The place had a fun vibe, and everything tasted great. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to Nikki!

I’ll start by saying that for 9pm on Super Bowl Sunday, this place was not busy at all. There was no wait to be seated. We were off to a good start.
We ordered 2 waters and 2 margaritas. The waters came right out. It took 10 minutes to get the margs.
About 5 minutes after that we were ready to put in an appetizer and we were also ready to put in entrees as well. We were told by our server that we had to wait 10-15 minutes to put the entrees in to give the 1 app we ordered time to prepare. Okay… odd but whatever.
5 minutes later she (our server) comes back to say the kitchen was moving rather quickly and she could put our entrees in. Great!
15 minutes after that our entree came out. Fajitas for 2. We asked where our appetizer was and the person who brought our food out said they didn’t know. My next thought “Okay… what’s going on?”
A few minutes later our appetizer got brought out. Cool.
The onion and peppers were burnt to the skillet, we had to attempt to scrape them off. After a bit our server came over to check on us and we told her about the peppers and onions and showed her, so she said she’d go ask the kitchen for more and another drink for my partner.
15 minutes later our peppers and onions came out… luke warm in some spots and still actually cold in others.
5 minutes after that is when my partners second drink came out.
Once I started addressing the issues we were running into with our server she seemed to have gotten nervous and pretty much begged to give her a good review on the survey at the end and only say the issues we had with the food because it will effect her hours. That also was odd to us.
So we’re finally at the end of our meal and using the kiosk to pay and I started the survey where I noticed our server and another one kept staring at me from near the kitchen door. Then our server kept coming up behind me like she was looking over my shoulder to see what I was writing.
From the time I started addressing issues to the time we left this person kept coming over every 2 minutes to check on us. She was very nervous.
I don’t know what the issues in the kitchen were tonight or why this server was so worried about the survey at the end of our visit but so many things were off about our experience here.
We won’t be going back. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Do better Chili’s. This was a very sad experience.

I had a great takeout experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar. My order was ready on time, packaged well, and everything was fresh and hot when I got home. The food was flavorful and just as good as dining in. The staff was friendly and efficient, which made the pickup process quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience—I’ll definitely order takeout from here again! ️
