Barista by the name Micheal had a really disgusting attitude. As a former shift supervisor at Starbucks it was disgusting to see him have such horrible attitude because I asked him to remake my drink. Btw a drink I’ve been drinking for over a year. His whole demeanor looked as if I was inconveniencing him but anyone that spent $8 on a drink would want it made correctly and to their likings. Not to mention I was waiting on him to take my order conversation with him regarding partner numbers but instead he took a white lady before me and I made him aware he just said oh I can take you after her. I stood there in awe because she was nowhere to be found I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes by that time.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks. I ordered an iced lavender latte and was given a different drink (looked like an iced coffee latte) with a strange taste. It upset my stomach so badly I almost threw up and ended up tossing it in the trash. I didn’t want to cause drama, so I didn’t return it, but it was simply horrible. The staff should pay more attention to orders—maybe the barista was having a bad day, but the experience was very unpleasant. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Starbucks anytime soon.

I wish I could give zero stars to this place because every time I come here I regret it. It’s convenient because it’s in store but usually the amount of time you wait in line you could’ve spent driving to a better Starbucks. They’re always out of everything including both food and drinks. When they aren’t out of food and you do manage to get something they usually undercook it so it’s cold in the middle or they leave it for so long on the counter and by the time you get it it’s cold. Stay away from this garbage joke of Starbucks.

For all the people that recently reviewed this Starbucks location and gave them a 5 star, come and check the location and people again. Food and drinks were good(it’s Starbucks). The service, you get a face of a person that hates their job. The place is filthy! Floor is filthy! Their fridge, take a peek! Also, ice buckets that were placed on the dirty floor also placed on top of their counter where they make coffee, is that the right thing to do?! Not asking for too much. Just a clean drink and food. That’s all!

I love Starbucks but this location seems to hire personnel who don’t like to work or who have a a major attitude. In no rush, waiting for my order and I noticed the barista didn’t even add the flavor in. When I asked if she could add it in major drama, so I overpaid for a cup of coffee with milk in it. I will get my drink from another location before I shop at this target from now on since this has been a issue with these baristas on a weekly basis.

Had my first bad experience at a Starbucks. Three employees behind the counter and all of them acted like they didn’t know what was going on. I asked One of them a question and she even said, “I don’t work in this area”. The other 2 didn’t even respond to me. I only ordered a hot coffee with sugar, and it was cold. There may be other employees who work there that do a great job, but today was mediocre.

Wonderful in store Starbucks with a friendly staff. They don’t seem to know mocha from caramel and get the order wrong most of the time. This may not be on the store but it doesn’t look good when that’s the only thing ordered. It also seems to be the target store employee break area, more than 6 separate target employees came and sat at all of the tables inside and made customers wait to order. Haven’t seen anything like it before.
